    I love my new phone so far. It works great. HOWEVER, I didn't like that it didn't come with a charger cord. I had upgraded from a samsung galaxy s7 and they had changed the charger type on the newer version. I had to run to the store for a wall charger cord before I could even start activating the new phone. THEN i realized I also need another cord to charge in my car...ok, got the new charger cords, thought all was well and realized when my bluetooth wireless headphones battery needed charged the samsung didn't put a headphone jack in the phone??? I had to order an adapter. MAYBE now I am done buying accessories for this I didn't realize i would need...Didn't like that, but I love my new phone otherwise.

    Works great! S21 has a few more bells and whistles than my previous S10. I miss the headphone jack. It also has shut off randomly a few times. The battery has overheated during charging like some have said but not to the extent that you'd think. Most phones tend to overheat. Especially with using the super fast charger.

    The product is OK, good camera, fair speakers. Real problem with the newer phones is no headphone jack and no SD card. I am really annoyed with Best Buy. I wanted a Pixel 5, but was talked into the S21 because it was supposed to have an micro SD card slot. After moving my 200 apps to the new phone, I found out he as lying.

    I was overdue for a new phone. I like the Samsungs and am an Android fan. This is s good phone in my book. Only complaint would be no headphone jack. I know that's probably old school thinking, but really...how hard would it be to have as an option?

    Amazing phone..bought it to replace my broken s8 and its great! The ONLY thing that truly bothers me is there is no headphone jack
