Nice phone

Not crazy about camera/video operation, but have only had a few weeks. Does not seem to be saving videos. Good size, a bit smaller than my last one which I actually like, easier to hold. A bit pricey, but they all are!

The next day the whole phone went dead. No phone, no internet. Had to go to verizon to get it fixed. I live in a 4g area. Is very slow. Comes with no charger, had to buy one for house, one for vehicle. No directions on set up. Have had to look everything up. Best buy crew not real helpful. Didnt appreciate assiciate when she started helping other people and disappeared before she finished my set up. They are too busy standing around talking to each other. Phone overpriced.
