This was an upgrade from the Galaxy S9+ and my hubby is very happy with his new phone. It's fast, has double the storage of the old phone, the battery lasts longer. Although we don't live in a 5G area, we're ready. There are lots of options to customize the setup. The data transferred seamlessly from the old phone. I got this phone for my wife because her other android device was giving up on her. She is not into apple so I got her this Samsung and she LOVES IT. I mean the camera and the 128 GB memory? like why not? The phone is fast, the screen is great and battery life is awesome. Again it depends on usage but she can't get enough of it.

Love this phone. Finally traded up from a Galaxy 7, (I know, I hate change and phone payments). Anyway, my old phone was just like me, slow moving. So, I am hoping for a change, meaning I am hoping that I will become more like my new phone, faster, sleek and beautiful. So far, no disappointments. I get great service in locations I did not get service in before. It is fast and easy to use.

I've had the S21 for about a week...enough time to form some opinions after upgrading from my S7. It's a screamer. Apps run so much faster, it's incredible. I'm not sure whether it's the 8GB of memory or the chipset, but it's noticeable. The camera is awesome. The display is impressive as is the color depth. Battery life is fine for my use. On the downside, I miss the LED indicator horribly for unacknowledged alerts, the heart monitor, the headset jack, the absence of a card slot and the fact that GPS altitude is for some reason not recorded in the exif data on my photos. The edges of the phone are slick, and you'll definitely want a TPU sleeve to reduce the risk of dropping it. Nonetheless, I'd buy this phone again in a minute, and highly recommend it. Samsung has done a good job with the S21.

I purchased this phone to replace 3 year old LG v30 that was starting to act weird, was losing battery life, and had dated cameras. That said, really the two thing better about this phone is its cameras and faster processor. The battery life only a little better despite its larger battery pack. I used to go 2 solid days on a charge on my V30 with normal use. I find myself leaving power saver on most of the time and with light use could make two days. Pretty disappointing when the v30 would go 4 or more days with light use when new. Then there's the software. So much Samsung bloatware, much of which can't be disabled or easily removed. Going through the apps and looking at battery usage, it appears these are eating about 20% of my charge for apps I don't use, nor want. If it wasn't for the incredible trade in value that I received for my old phone (which I had to spend a few hours on the phone with Verizon to actually get applied), I would have returned this phone.

Very happy with the phone after a couple years. It is still fast almost as it was when new. Camera zoom could be a bit better.

So far this phone appears to be a nice upgrade fom my Galaxy S9. It's faster, takes nicer pictures, and has far more features than my S9. I'm very pleased with it's performance.

Huge upgrade from an old motorola i had for the past year after breaking my last galaxy while out of town(bought only because it was the best in stock option at the time and business doesnt allow me to be without a phone so couldnt wait on ordering another samsung) .. lighting fast responsiveness. Screen clarity is brilliant, phone is very fast and battery life excellent. Pretty impressive feature with the on-screen fingerprint reader: if you install a glass screen protector (which we did) it has you re-adjust your fingerprint to account for the additional effective thickness of the screen with the protector on, so that your fingerprint scanner still works great.

Excellent 5G phone. decided to purchase the galaxy S21 versus iphone 12. so far i do not regret my decision. this phone has more options and is far faster than the iphone12. another great product by samsung. hghly recommend

I bought this new phone because the battery on my S-10 would no longer go a day without recharge. I could have skipped the S-21, it discharges just as fast even tho brand new. Otherwise, a fine phone. Its faster, sharper, a little bigger but not too big.

For the price, the phone has performed outstandingly well. This looks to be one of the best phones you can get from price to performance across camera, speed, screen resolution and everything in between.

Samsung - Galaxy S21 5G 128GB. All I can say is it is a great phone. Fast and takes great pictures. Purchased online at BestBuy. Great experience. Picked up the same day!

Wife loves are new phone. It's fast and well made what you expect from a Samsung product. The images on the screen are very clear and it pretty much similar in size to her old S10.
