Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waited 2 hours to get things transferred, which I could have done myself. The next day the whole phone went dead. No phone, no internet. Had to go to verizon to get it fixed. I live in a 4g area. Is very slow. Comes with no charger, had to buy one for house, one for vehicle. No directions on set up. Have had to look everything up. Best buy crew not real helpful. Didnt appreciate assiciate when she started helping other people and disappeared before she finished my set up. They are too busy standing around talking to each other. Phone overpriced.
