    Purchased New phone and did not care for the way it was handled. I knew the phone I wanted and was focused on the process of transfer of old data to new phone and how quickly it could be accomplished. The rep did not bother to connect the phones to power while transfer and both phones were below 25% power. In the middle of transfer 1 phone was below 5%. Someone stepped in and connected power but salesrep that sold phone was oblivious and aloof to what was going on. It was an 1.5 hour data transfer and there where many options available to monimize that time. I like the phone but some things seem a bit different regarding some apps. The photos are good but would like more options for minimal photo sizes so I'm not transferring huge file sizes when it comes to certain photos. Big problems with using earphones with use of usb type c adapter. Much better quality with usb type c connector earphones but hard to get in stores. Got mine online. Battery life is disappointing. Can't go whole day without charging during the day.

    Phone began having issues with locking up and randomly restarting itself within a few weeks of getting it. I tried uninstalling apps and a factory reset which caused the phone to lose power and die. Phone no longer powered on. Best Buy would not do the repair, so I had to mail the phone back to Samsung to be fixed. FYI- - Samsung will not replace your phone even under warranty.

    Terrible Best Buy Customer Service Experience

    The process of receiving this phone that was ordered and paid in full for a birthday gift was a disaster. Instead of initializing/ programming the phone with the sim card that was already in the phone (verizon), they tried to use another sim card that caused an error in the initial set-up. Without researching the problem and figuring out that no additional sim card was needed, they decided that cancelling the order the day before it was to be picked up was the best solution. This resulted in having to take off of work and go to the retail store so that the birthday present phone I already paid in full for was not sold to someone else. After spending more than 3 hours on the phone with BestBuy customer service, disconnected 2 times and transferred an additional 5 times to people that kept saying that they were not the right person to talk to, the fine associate at the retail store figured out after only 45 seconds what the problem was and quickly resolved. What a debacle and a lot of wasted time!

    I am very disappointed and feel really trapped with this phone. I do not like it at all. It is missing things that were on the previous phone I had and I wish I had been able to replace the battery in my old phone so I could have kept it. It is not easy to use and I get very frustrated frequently when trying to use it. There were some simple things on my old phone that were really useful and helpful, but they are not on this phone. I was told it was a phone that is the most similar to my previous phone - but it is not similar at all. I wish I'd been able to try it out because I would have known after the first day that I don't like this one at all. But now I'm stuck for at least 3 years while I pay off the phone and I will stick with it because I have to. But, I will not buy another Samsung phone if they're all like this one. I will look to an I-phone to see if it will be better.

    It took 45 minutes to PICK UP the phone I ALREADY PAID FOR. Mana did an excellent job helping me, but the terrible system wouldn't let her give me the phone I already paid for. I had to wait forever because the Best Buy system made Mana jump through 100 hoops just to give me what I had already paid for. Mana did a great job sticking with it and making sure I got my phone, but the Best Buy system was absolutely horrible, and I will never shop with you again. I am also telling everybody I know to never shop with you again, because you people apparently don't think you should give people what they ALREADY PAID FOR. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying anything from anybody. Mana worked so hard to make sure I walked out with my phone. I was on the edge of cancelling the order. She deserves a raise and promotion.

    Product fine. Transfer and setup by Best Buy Phone "expert" total screw-up. You're so-call experts took almost 2 hours to complete the process. Should have know something was wrong when informed that the "Geek Squad" didn't handle cell phones. Between sale/tech persons running off to "help" another associate and just plain not know what to do. Reminded me of a group of monkeys trying to have sex with a football. Total confusion.

    extremely poor service in. the Levittown ny store.they have a manager that takes people. out. of the areas the. know. and moves then to other areas/departments of the store that the don't. know .I had to deal. with4. different. employees all of them. trashing the. manager. the. whole. time. I will NEVER shop that store again .I might. not even shop Best Buy again after the WORST shopping experience of. my. life !

    Battery life is awful. I would've never thought my year old galaxy s10 would have better battery life. If i knew this, i wouldn't have gotten this phone.
