Not an upgrade from S10E
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had 2 weeks now. Our 5 lines all upgraded to these S21 5G. Foyr of us from the S10E and 1 from the J7. So far yes major upgrade from J7. Now from the S10E not so much. Battery life is same or slightly less. We have upgraded to 5G haven't noticed much of a difference with the 4G. Video watching is also not a noticeable change untill i turned on the 750P that we now get with the new unlimited plan we switched to. Picture quality isan upgrade but I haven't played with all the settings and only have seen a slight update to quality. Have had phones lock up and not repond when in quick settings. I also had my phone give a message about to hot while it was in my case. This was using my phone for 6 hours for maps and not charging when got message. I am currently traveling and i am having poorer data coverage in the same areas as with my S10E. Overall not worth the upgrade from S10E except we should be gettung the $800 bill credits for each S10E we traded in to Verizon.

Bloatware and Not User Friendly

Constantly installs software Samsung are pushing without asking first. Takes twice as many actions to even block someone. Will not buy this brand phone again.

No charger

Super annoying to spend $800 on a phone and then have to buy another charger.

Good phone shipping sucks
