I purchased this phone to replace 3 year old LG v30 that was starting to act weird, was losing battery life, and had dated cameras. That said, really the two thing better about this phone is its cameras and faster processor. The battery life only a little better despite its larger battery pack. I used to go 2 solid days on a charge on my V30 with normal use. I find myself leaving power saver on most of the time and with light use could make two days. Pretty disappointing when the v30 would go 4 or more days with light use when new. Then there's the software. So much Samsung bloatware, much of which can't be disabled or easily removed. Going through the apps and looking at battery usage, it appears these are eating about 20% of my charge for apps I don't use, nor want. If it wasn't for the incredible trade in value that I received for my old phone (which I had to spend a few hours on the phone with Verizon to actually get applied), I would have returned this phone.

Waited 2 hours to get things transferred, which I could have done myself. The next day the whole phone went dead. No phone, no internet. Had to go to verizon to get it fixed. I live in a 4g area. Is very slow. Comes with no charger, had to buy one for house, one for vehicle. No directions on set up. Have had to look everything up. Best buy crew not real helpful. Didnt appreciate assiciate when she started helping other people and disappeared before she finished my set up. They are too busy standing around talking to each other. Phone overpriced.

The product is OK, good camera, fair speakers. Real problem with the newer phones is no headphone jack and no SD card. I am really annoyed with Best Buy. I wanted a Pixel 5, but was talked into the S21 because it was supposed to have an micro SD card slot. After moving my 200 apps to the new phone, I found out he as lying.

Nice but $250 overpriced. Short battery life. Good has "quick" charge. Samsung filled with their Bloatware. Love Samsung but this ridiculous! Uses ton space & CANNOT GET RID OF IT! BIGGEST PROBLEM IS VERIZON. Hours & hours with Tech over simple problems. Still cannot use call/text on tablet. VERIZON not link. Not properly port my number on 6/8. Texts went old phone. Could not setup Anything as verify texts went old phone. Took until 6/17 to fix. STILL NOT WORK.

The reception is not that great. And Verizon's technical help is very bad when it comes to the s21. They basically said it's too bad. Two hours on hold.

I have owned several Samsung Galaxy phones in the past. I upgraded to this phone recently and have never had so much trouble. First of all I did not realize that a password replaced the PIN feature I always used with previous models therefore the day after I had this new phone it prompted me for the password in order to open it. It didn't specify what password it was referring to. I couldn't as much as make a phone call. I drove to Best Buy for help and the sales person told me about the password replacing the use of the PIN to open the phone. Since I did not remember this password I had to reformat the phone losing all my apps, passwords and photos. I was quite upset. It took me a few days to reinstall my apps and I'm still trying to add passwords. I'm still having issues with some of the apps. Also I don't see where the photos I'm taking are any better quality that my S10 model.

Set up after we left store not real simple. Phone has not held settings very well.

The phone gets hot when using for a very short time. I wasn't aware of this when I got it and have read what I can do to help with it getting hot, however it does not make that much of a difference. So for I like the S8 I had prior to this phone much better. I am disappointed in the S21.

Still figuring things out. So far, so good. I really like the camera.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 is ok. I find it wants too much information ( Personal stuff ) also it wants to connect all my interactive items as well .... yes I know I can turn this off. I'm the kind of person that uses a phone to be just that a phone.

I've had the phone for 6 months and have had a least 5 system updates. It seems Samsung pushed this phone out too fast and is still chasing the bugs in it. Verizon cell service sucks in the DFW area.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 works as advertised. No massive strides have been made since my previous phone (Note 9), but I do really like the 120hz screen.

Phone is good so far but saleman never told us it didnt come with a charger. Not impressed with the sale overall and we purchase two of the same phones at the same time.

Expected more from Samsung. I purchased and was very disappointed. It seems to lag, I expected it to be much faster with the processor that is in it.

extremely average.... been with Samsung for 15 years. I expected at least a superior camera. this is terrible at best.

Not as good as my Galaxy 7. Must press the screen hard. Limited notifications allowed to make unique sounds per app. Meh.

too new to tell how this product is. I do not like the messaging display so far...

Loved the phone but the plan agreement is unfair with post plan pricing.

Did not care for this phone battery life was to short

The phone is good but the battery life is not as good as my S20 ultra.
