Very pleased with the S21 5G! Would rate 4.5 stars if that was an option. Size is very good for me, Camera is amazing. Would rate 5 stars but optical recognition isn't as effective as I anticipated. 5g is worth the upgrade if you live in a 5g wide band area.

I love my new phone so far. It works great. HOWEVER, I didn't like that it didn't come with a charger cord. I had upgraded from a samsung galaxy s7 and they had changed the charger type on the newer version. I had to run to the store for a wall charger cord before I could even start activating the new phone. THEN i realized I also need another cord to charge in my car...ok, got the new charger cords, thought all was well and realized when my bluetooth wireless headphones battery needed charged the samsung didn't put a headphone jack in the phone??? I had to order an adapter. MAYBE now I am done buying accessories for this I didn't realize i would need...Didn't like that, but I love my new phone otherwise.

I was looking for a Samsung phone (my previous phone was S6 Edge) that's not too big. I don't like these newer phones that rival notepads for size. I like the shape, design and features of this phone. The cameras are great! Have run into some issues few weeks ago. The phone would just restart frequently, sometime while I was in the middle of working on it. I think this was a software issue which seem to be gone now. It was really annoying for a couple of weeks though. The battery life is great on this phone, typical of Samsung phones I believe. Overall, happy with this purchase.

So far this phone appears to be a nice upgrade fom my Galaxy S9. It's faster, takes nicer pictures, and has far more features than my S9. I'm very pleased with it's performance.

Needed to replace a broken Galaxy 8+. Wanted to stay with Samsung because I was comfortable with its operation and didn't want to scale a steep learning curve. Bought the base S21. 5G is a little bit of future proofing. Camera is just fine for casual usage. The transfer of data took a long time but for the most part went smoothly. There are enough differences so after a couple of weeks I'm still trying to groom it to behave like the old phone.

It is a good size. It does have a little trouble connecting to wi-fi signals sometimes; but other than that, it is a nice phone. It takes great pictures. Battery life could be better--has to be charged late in the day after being fully charged the night before.

I bought this new phone because the battery on my S-10 would no longer go a day without recharge. I could have skipped the S-21, it discharges just as fast even tho brand new. Otherwise, a fine phone. Its faster, sharper, a little bigger but not too big.

Good phone, first one in a while. Not crazy about camera/video operation, but have only had a few weeks. Does not seem to be saving videos. Good size, a bit smaller than my last one which I actually like, easier to hold. A bit pricey, but they all are!

Good performance and camera. Fun camera features to make cool pictures and videos. Fits in hand good and still able to use. The screen size is great and goes to the edge.

it's definitely much better than my old phone, it takes wonderful pictures, it has many new features that I am still exploring & learning how to use.

Happy with phone so far. Battery life is lasting all day which is the main reason I switched. Excited about the amazing camera quality.

Pretty good zo far! Only had it for a week and still adjusting. Upgraded from my S8. It does have a louder speaker which i like, and obviously longer battery life. Hate the short charging cord and the fact that i had to buy a new block. But everything else is great. I did get an awesome black friday deal (buy one at $800 and get one free) so you can't beat it!

Good quality and for someone with small hands, it's not too difficult to use one-handed. The only issue I have with Samsung is that when they do updates they erase all of my passwords so I have to re-log into several of my apps, which is just annoying. Other than that, I'm happy with the phone.

I upgraded from a 3+ year old S9 that had a small crack in the screen and the battery wasn't lasting all day. It is definitely an upgrade. Alot like my old phone and the battery lasts all day with out a problem. I waited for a sale to get it down to $500 which is definitely worth.

Solid phone...upgraded from an s7...everything is snappier....size is just right in my hand..... only complaint is the erratic face recognition and fingerprint reader...using a screen protector.... I’ve adjusted the screen sensitivity, but it’s still inconsistent....

It's a great little phone, but not completely amazing. Good cameras, fast loading storage, but just not quite as big as I normally like to use. Will likely upgrade to the Z Fold 3 in a couple of months. There's nothing wrong about it, just nothing spectacular.

Very nice phone n light weight but I don’t like I had to go out and buy a new wall plug in it Should come with the phones

The wifi service in the store was v-e-r-y-s-l-o-w, taking 6 hours to transfer data from my old phone to the new one! When I got home, I realized the new phone, Samsung Gaxaxy S21, has more updates than I was was informed about, so now I must have Geek Squad work with me to understand how to use the features.

It's a pretty phone still very new to me and still learning all the bells and whistles it has. A Great upgrade for me from my last Samsung phone, great camera. I but all Sumsing products.
