Excellent performance from my Samsung Galaxy S21+! The camera on it is our family's "go to" for the clearest and sharpest photo moments.

This was an upgrade from my S7 and yes that S7 lasted me 4+ years! And yes, my old phone still works, but the camera, for some weird reason, stopped working so I decided to purchase a new phone. I do like Samsung phones, never had a problem with them, their cameras are superb. The S21 so far, has been easy to use, slightly longer screen but not bulky. It's a great phone. Because i upgraded from an older phone, i had to separately buy charging cords which are completely different from my old S7. I highly recommend the S21 5G, it's a nice, efficient phone.

This was an upgrade from the Galaxy S9+ and my hubby is very happy with his new phone. It's fast, has double the storage of the old phone, the battery lasts longer. Although we don't live in a 5G area, we're ready. There are lots of options to customize the setup. The data transferred seamlessly from the old phone. No problems with this phone. Holds charge well, displays well. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I got this phone for my wife because her other android device was giving up on her. She is not into apple so I got her this Samsung and she LOVES IT. I mean the camera and the 128 GB memory? like why not? The phone is fast, the screen is great and battery life is awesome. Again it depends on usage but she can't get enough of it.

So far I love this phone. It is light weight, the pictures are very clear. My only problem is not have an SD memory card, but as long as I can copy my pictures over to my computer I am happy. I am not into gaming so this is the reason I purchased the less expensive model.

This review is written after 2.5 year of ownership. I really haven't noticed any problems. Battery life seems good, charging port is is good shape. No cracks or chips in the screen though there are so scratches in the bezel where the case doesn't cover it

Just the right size for viewing everything. The phone is light, bright screen, fast boot and shut down, and the battery lasts at least a full day of emails, web searches, and mostly idle time when I have the phone ON for at least 12 hours. I mostly use the phone only when not at home. Only when on a vacation do I have a phone on 24/7, bu haven’t been on a vacation in a year-and-a-half. Can’t wait to get back on the road and use this wonderful phone — which is the BEST smartphone I have owned, and this is my fifth one. I usually keep a phone for 2-3 years before upgrading. Samsung now provides four years of updates, which was a major reason for my buying this phone — along with all the positive expert reviews.

Love this phone. Finally traded up from a Galaxy 7, (I know, I hate change and phone payments). Anyway, my old phone was just like me, slow moving. So, I am hoping for a change, meaning I am hoping that I will become more like my new phone, faster, sleek and beautiful. So far, no disappointments. I get great service in locations I did not get service in before. It is fast and easy to use.

I've had the S21 for about a week...enough time to form some opinions after upgrading from my S7. It's a screamer. Apps run so much faster, it's incredible. I'm not sure whether it's the 8GB of memory or the chipset, but it's noticeable. The camera is awesome. The display is impressive as is the color depth. Battery life is fine for my use. On the downside, I miss the LED indicator horribly for unacknowledged alerts, the heart monitor, the headset jack, the absence of a card slot and the fact that GPS altitude is for some reason not recorded in the exif data on my photos. The edges of the phone are slick, and you'll definitely want a TPU sleeve to reduce the risk of dropping it. Nonetheless, I'd buy this phone again in a minute, and highly recommend it. Samsung has done a good job with the S21.

This was an upgrade from my Galaxy S9. I was hesitant to do the upgrade because the S9 had good specs, like more pixels per inch than the S21 and a Gorilla Glass back versus plastic on the S21. But having made the switch it's a real improvement all around. When using a case the back material is irrelevant, and regardless what the tech specs say on paper the S21 display overalljust seems better. One feature I used a lot on the S9 was the rear fingerprint sensor. The on-screen sensor on the S21 is better though. The phone looks better in person than in photos, it's not as quirky looking as I thought it might with the 3 lenses on back.

Its got all the features i needed. It keeps its charge very well. I like the size and the brilliant screen. I would have liked it a little less in price.

I upgraded from Note 9. The Note 9 is the best phone ever made but it wasnt holding charge after havung it almost 4 years. The last update did it in. I bought the S21. At first i wasnt happy becaue the battery barely lasted a day with moderate use and there was heating issues. However, after the first update and the phone getting used to my use there is no longer a heating problem and i end the day with 50% battery left with moderate use. The audio is great. It's loud. The bottom speaker is louder than the top. The camera is great but Samsung's camera always had softness to it that i was never crazy about. I can't speak to gaming as i dont game. I do wish Samsung would include a charger. They include the cable but not a charger. No expandable storage. I dont like 5G. Verizon doesn't give an option to disable 5G but you can download a Band app that can disable it. The staff at Best Buy in Hartsdale are the best. They go above and beyond. Nice group of people.

Very happy with the phone after a couple years. It is still fast almost as it was when new. Camera zoom could be a bit better.

Love my new Galaxy S21. It has a great camera and is easy to use. I was able to transfer everything from my old Galaxy Note 5 to it and I have 128 GB of memory versus 32 GB. It also transfer all my old photos and all the apps and contacts. There are new features, but not hard to figure out. Battery life also last more than 24 hours. The camera is fantastic and can do much much more with it. It did not matter on the color of the phone as I was able to get a shatterproof case that I like and glass protected screen to fit perfectly .

I upgraded from my S7, which was running slowly, would take 2 days to fully charge and the charge would only last 2 hours. I ran out of space and had to delete apps if i needed more storage space. This new phone S21 5g is definitely an improvement. I have plenty of storage space for apps and pictures. The speed to fully charge is awesome and the charge lasts all day. I can finally leave my charger at home. ...you will need to get a new charger block as the charging cord was not compatible to the one i had for the S7.
