Amazing phone, very reliable, amazing sound. excellent camera. I definitely could use more memory but its a great phone.

After 3 years only replaced the battery once and a little screen ghosting.

Outstanding Battery Life. The 120hz refresh rate screen is amazing. I personally didn't experience any heat issues with the phone. The camera is also outstanding. Would recommend.

Quality processing speed, the front and rear cameras give a crisp hd picture. Android operating system works ona whole new level. One downside the phone did not come with a charge port. It came with a cord just not a base.

This phone is Just OK. No ear phone jack, No charger, No headphones. Battery life is fair at best. I purchased an unlocked phone to use with another carrier at the cost of $999. My old phone, a Note 9, is still a better fit for me. If it weren't for the $45 dollar restocking fee, I would have returned it. What's worse, if I were to buy this phone today and activated it with Best Buy, it would have been $300 cheaper.

Agree with others who find this is overloaded with Samsung apps. Switching from a Google device to this has been an ordeal. Six months in, my phone consistently dropped calls, error-messaged when calling from a website link and finally dropped text messages. I had help from the Geek Squad to "erase" it and download factory settings but now there are vexsome ads constantly invading. And the messaging still will not work. My son downloaded a separate app for that. Agree also that it is pathetic such an expensive device does not come with a charging cable. Bottom line, the Geeks stated repeatedly and I read online today, that Samsung WILL NOT replace a phone, even under warranty (which mine still is). This is completely unacceptable! I wish I had not purchased this phone.

Brought this phone for my son he absolutely loves it

I have had this phone now for 3 months its almost exactly comparable to my s10 in everything that it does. Also I notice very little differnce in camera quality as well as speed. It bothers me that its nearly $1000 and only after 3 months the edges are already wearing off while it is in an otter box case the whole time and have never been dropped . I wanted the pixel 5 but couldnt get one as they were sold out. When the pixel 6 comes out I will be switching to that. Every samsung I have had has had the same screen quality with it wearing or slowly cracking.

Bought an S21+. Got the phone. They gave me a used phone. Went to my car. Realized it was a used phone. Went back into the store in 2 mins and told them. They took it back but charged me a restocking fee. They girl said they will wave the restocking fee. Checked my email receipt, the few was still there.

Do not buy this phone overheating issues keeping my note 20 ultra

The camera is the only decent thing. Can't download mms from people let alone send. Sit in a parking lot if I'm out of town 10 minutes swapping from the apn in the phone to a dead apn to kill service multiple times until I can load a simple Google search.. Safety hazard.. This will be the last Samsung product that enters my home. Samsung won't care. Att can eat a bag of hotdogs and I also will not purchase another phone at best buy as this was bought as an unlocked phone, though received a locked phone. Three companies ticking off the never return box again in life.

Bought this at the end of May 2021. On 10/1/21, the screen just went black. The phone was still working, but i could no longer access anything. It was still under warranty, but instead of getting a new phone they sent me a refurbished with a warranty only until 2/2022 vs 5/2022. So obviously another phone that broke after a few months. Samsung would not extend warranty or give me credit. In addition time and data lost.
