I tried to download the updated software and it didn't work. I spoke to Samsung and they suggested many things but I thought why would I buy a new phone with amazing hardware but I can use it only to half of its ability. Samsung dropped the ball this year and lost the match with Apple. I wrote this review actually just to mention how amazing and smooth was the process of buying a new phone from best buy and exchanging it. I appreciate their care about their customers. You will never find this kind of treatment if you a phone from any carrier.

Samsung support required the device to be taken into a repair location (leaving you without the device you paid $1K for, and no phone) - repair pending - will update when complete
