Trash!!!!!!

I had $40 dollar phones to last longer than this. to spend this much money on a phone and it goes completely dead exactly seven days after the warranty is over is TERRIBLE. Samsung products are getting worse by the purchase.

Broke within 5 months

I have been an Android user for a long time and wanted to stay with that OS. Well, less than 5 months using this phone, it is a brick, paper weight. The screen went black on me and there was nothing I could do to fix it. Apparently, this is a very common issue with this phone. Luckily it was under manufacturer warranty, but I have now had to go 5 days without a working phone. When I took it to a Samsung authorized repair center, they gentlemen advised me that I was bringing in the third Samsung S21 phone that day with the same issue and they have had a ton of repairs on these phones. Bottom line, it was a good phone while it lasted but I would steer clear of this phone if you want something that will actually work long term. Headed off to trade this thing in for an Iphone ASAP.

Absolutely do not buy the protection plan through best buy it is the biggest waste of money. I dont regret many things in life but i regret wasting over $1k for a phone that hasnt lastest 9 months and cant get a functional replacement from the protection plan. I am very disappointed in best buy.

In the past month my phone has went black screen twice now. I m under warranty still...very hard for me to travel 60 miles away to a best buy!! What can i do!!! I need a new phone that will not do this! I paid alot of money to have a phone with these problems a year into it!
