a ProCam Cell Phone

I spent an hour watching a YouTube video on the features and this phone does it all. It also has a MUCH better camera than the Iphone 12 Pro. I've only had it a bit over 24 hours but I've been playing with it, off and on, all day and the battery life still shows 66%. I took it off the charger at 6:00 AM and it's now 8:48 PM, so I have to say the battery life is quite good.

Great phone, but miss the sd card slot...

It is fast and performs well, much nicer than the old samsung phone we had. It already survived a few falls unscathed. Love the 5G and WiFi 6 support. Appreciated the helpful BestBuy staff helping us transfer the contents to the new phone. Took one point off because samsung no longer supports an additional sd card or a headphone jack.

Inefficient speakerphone

I am unable to utilize my speakerphone because the person on the other end can not hear me, which is very inconvenient. I believe I was sold a refurbished phone and made to pay full price.
