Honestly I love the phone, the updated refresh rate and extremely sleek feeling this galaxy gives is what makes this phone second to none! Not only is it super smooth but the vibrant colors are really amazing as well as the small notch practically seems nonexistent! For $250 off it’s a steal!! I cannot stress this enough!

Great phone for birthday gift, unlocked for any carrier to be used world wide. Would warned for those looking for this phone, would also need to buy an wall adapter. Samsung took the same route as Apple with there new phones, comes without wall adapter. Overall great phone to have. Try to get it on sale if you can.

Good phone, had to get a new one as old phone died on me. Through looking at specs along with deals of other phones this was best option. Always like fact that unlocked is an option, it along with best buy deals and financing, make it my go-to for phone purchases for the family and I.

Needed a new phone for my wife, and she only likes Samsung. I personally feel their phones are overpriced, and with this one I was really disappointed that it only came with a data link cable and no charger. We have other chargers in the house, but they weren't "powerful" enough to charge this phone, though they work perfectly fine with all the other phones we've had. Long story short, Samsung charges too much for their phone, doesn't give you a charger for the amount you pay for the phone, and forces you to buy their expensive charger.

ok for daily use. It was expensive and not muich different than my previous S10 plus. Had trouble locating one because most stores were out. this one was at least available in store. Very little help getting it set up from store associate. They were understaffed. finally got things transferred and got it set up so its quite usable now.

This replaced an older Galaxy phone. Nice big screen. I miss the earphone connection, but maybe I need to look into bluetooth earbuds. Some of the search features seem long to get to. Had to purchase charger separately & connection is different than old phone.

Always nice to get a new phone. I've been a Galaxy user basically from the beginning. Good size and long battery life. Different button layout for volume and power took some getting used to. I still find myself fumbling from time to time but I get why they tried the new layout.

I can't say, in fact, enough plus things about my S21 Samsung Galaxy. Although I have not had it long, it has allowed me no stress at all. This so far is the most efficient Samsung I've ever had .. 3 now. Everything about it say's -aren't you glad-? To this .. yes!

Words can't express how good the base version of this phone is compared to the ultra and great response time and refresh rate when going to and from Apps and scrolling through social media. Recommend this phone to anyone that wants to go all out on a phone on a budget under 1k lol.

This phone is top quality everything: clear picture, super fast connections, ect. However, screen visibility, when experiencing sun light glare is still a problem. Maybe there is something in settings to overcome this.

phone is great but the phone comes without a charger plug, you get a cord but it is to connect to another phone. maybe this was a mistake with my phone but I had to go buy a plug and ended up also buying a cord.

Almost a year and still runs as new!, have to say that I have never updated or ran any "samsung updates" software. We all know that those sheety updates slow down the phone everytime is updated, so do not do it .... your phone is going to be flawless

This is my third Samsung phone. I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend buying an unlocked phone as it gives you the option of switching carriers if you live in an area where cell coverage is spotty.

Awesome phone I just wish that samsung wouldn't have all these bloated software so the battery can last like the Google pixel 4 because there battery is amazing it stays at 100 percent for one hour compare to this phone once unplug it goes right to 99 percentage
