Wort phone ever would overheat and would not buy again.

Outgoing calls don’t work on this phone! I would call people and they can hear me but I can’t hear them. Tried turning off wifi calling and that didn’t help. Something wrong with the microphone maybe? Calls seemed to work fine through my car Bluetooth. Wanted to like this phone as a loyal android user. Had to return a phone that can’t make calls. Really missed my s9 after experiencing this phone.

This phone would not allow me to receive text messages from random people. I spoke to my cell provider on the phone and in person , also went to Best Buy cell phone department and NO ONE could figure it out.. I returned this one and exchanged for another one and the Samsung texting still doesn't work right. I downloaded google messenger and it eventually worked for me on new phone.

I purchased this phone because I had originally purchased a white S21 and it was not operating properly. This one did the same thing to me. Samsung messaging will not work for me but Google messenger does. So I cant use all the cool chat features the phone offers because I have to use a 3rd party text app. I will say the person I was dealing with in the cell phone department was fantastic. Customer service as Best buy is usually really wonderful. I feel they did what they could to help me with the issue.

After 3 months google play started repeatedly restarting and it would freeze a lot. After 6 months it started shutting down and restarting itself even with auto restart diabled. Only galaxy i haven't liked. Do not recommend this version.

The worst phone Samsung has ever made. Loses 5G singal very frequently...touch screen is not very responsive. I have always owned Samsung phones and this one is beyond bad. They definitely used cheap components on this phone. Do not buy

The delivery was okay, but i know i bought a open box phone. I kinda regretted it now. I though it was going to come in the original box at least, but instead they send me the phone in a brown box and they even add a charger from a different phone. Is not worth it

I like the phone. However, I feel that I don't get the same cell service than I did with my moto even though i did not switch carriers. The battery life is horrible. I have to charge at least once in the afternoon just to make it through the day. This is typical for an older used phone, but not a brand new one. It's been like this since the beginning, very annoying.

Phone eventually came after being lost 2 or 3 times. But came with a SYM CARD! Gu figure! Therefore IT DOES NOT WORK! DUH! REQUESTED SERVICE MANY MANY MANY TIMES and did not get it! What are my options at this point?

I have never written a review for a phone but the Samsung S21 definitely deserves one. This phone is excellent. My parent had the s9 and s10, I had the s7, I can see why Samsung skipped to 21 when releasing this. The screen is super smooth, all buttons on one side, camera is 30x, and the phone has 2 speakers which makes this sound louder than some bluetooth speakers. I have taken some pictures under water, sometimes go a full day without charging. 5g is great. UI is easy. Overall a great phone!

Less than 2 months old and already frozen up!!! For this kind of money, this should not be happening!!!!!

SIM card tray suddenly not working only 2 months used.

Bought from open box section. Phone failed 72 hrs. later. Seemed like a really nice phone, but I cannot buy one per week.

best buy is sucks, I returned the phone the same day I bought it and never got refunded. It's been 2 months now and no refund still.

phone showed up on DECEMBER 23rd today is new year still no sim card

Wouldn't buy the phone out of the box. GPS wasn't working so had to return

Wasn't told a locked phone had limitations, it was the worse phone I have ever had

The worst cellphone I have had in samsung cellphones. Do Not buy it this has a lot issues.

Never hot the phone so idk how it was i put that on best buy not the phone.

Had issues with calls would not recommend this product
