So its a nice phone. i want to give it 5 stars... but and it probably deserves 5 stars based on the hardware. however that samsung version of Android, just not a big fan of it. i feel that they should be able to provide the user with an option to toggle most if not all of the flavor off. added note - powering the phone off is kinda a pain compared to previous models and other brands.

Good phone! This is my first expensive phone purchase and I am not disappointed =) The camera is tricky trying to figure it all out, but I'm sure once I sit down to just learn that it will become easier for me. Some of my photos are showing up blurry when they are sent to me via text message, so I'm not sure what that is all about either...That's another thing I will need to figure out...

Nice sturdy design but full of software that is not wanted without an easy uninstall route for some. Constantly installs software Samsung are pushing without asking first. Takes twice as many actions to even block someone. Will not buy this brand phone again.

Good phone. Meets the high standard that Samsung has set with the galaxy phones. Why they insist on removing the expandable storage feature is annoying though. It's one of the great things that sets them apart from other brands and its annoying that this generation doesn't offer it.

Your standard flagship samsung phone. Your buying this phone because your used to android and samsung phones. Same quality it has been for years. Finally got rid if the curved edge screens they out on all their phones so you can put a screen protector on without the edges peeling away.

Upgrade from S9 to S21 went smoothly. Disappointed that the power cord is USB C on both ends and there is no charger. Have to buy either a USB A to C cord to use the many chargers I have or buy a USB C charger. Also, description did not say that there is no plug for earbuds.

My old phone finally kicked the bucket and I was looking for one that had way more storage than it. I have downloaded so much apps and music and pictures to it and it still isn't half filled. Excellent!

I have owned several Samsung Galaxy phones in the past. I upgraded to this phone recently and have never had so much trouble. First of all I did not realize that a password replaced the PIN feature I always used with previous models therefore the day after I had this new phone it prompted me for the password in order to open it. It didn't specify what password it was referring to. I couldn't as much as make a phone call. I drove to Best Buy for help and the sales person told me about the password replacing the use of the PIN to open the phone. Since I did not remember this password I had to reformat the phone losing all my apps, passwords and photos. I was quite upset. It took me a few days to reinstall my apps and I'm still trying to add passwords. I'm still having issues with some of the apps. Also I don't see where the photos I'm taking are any better quality that my S10 model.

I've had the phone about 3 weeks and so far very pleased. The only drawback is that some features have changed from my S9 and it is taking time getting used to it. The buttons for volume and on/off/restart are now on the right and work differently.

It's a great phone, for the most part. I used an iphone for a while and forgot that everything doesn't just work on an android so that was a little disappointing. Android Auto is pretty much unusable on this thing, constantly disconnecting and trying to reconnect and failing. Other than those things it's good.

Had a great experience purchasing phone. Steve, aka Red, was a great help. Answered all our questions (2 old people need a lot of help), transferred contacts and saved pictures, etc. Very helpful and pleasant to work with.

A bit more than I needed. But there's no reason for me to get less and need to replace it quickly. There are too many unneeded pre-installed apps for my taste. But I came back to Android after a failed switch to Apple OS.

The store staff were excellent. So glad I had the phone shipped to the house beforehand. It cut the wait time down dramatically and guaranteed it would be available at the time of the store appointment for activation.

After just having broken a phone with a poor case I was careful in my choice this time. It had a good bounce, slip proof hold on my shoulder and has taken one drop and still held together. Great slim case!
