Jackie was great, transferring my info to the new phone. He also helped with trying to find a case for me and the earphones. Having the appointment really moved things along.

Great Samsung phone. I purchased it for my daughter. She had the Samsung Galaxy S20 and had lots of problems with it. She had to continually send it back for repair. This one seems a lot better. Beautiful color also.

I'm very excited about this purchase. It has been years since I've been up to date with technology and the sales rep was superb in all aspects of the "best buys that day." Can't wait to get proficient with this phone.

I bought the Galaxy S21 5G and I absolutely love the phone. The service at Besgt Buy was fast and curtious. Read your coupon fine print before using. They are not usable on many name brands

I had a Samsung galaxy S8 phone for a number of years and never had a problem with it. So I decided to upgrade to a Samsung galaxy S21 5G. EXCELLENT phone. So much faster than my S8.

This is an upgraded version of my previous S9. It's basically the same phone, but I got the pink color that I love. I'm happy that Bixby doesn't open as easily anymore.

Purchased New phone and did not care for the way it was handled. I knew the phone I wanted and was focused on the process of transfer of old data to new phone and how quickly it could be accomplished. The rep did not bother to connect the phones to power while transfer and both phones were below 25% power. In the middle of transfer 1 phone was below 5%. Someone stepped in and connected power but salesrep that sold phone was oblivious and aloof to what was going on. It was an 1.5 hour data transfer and there where many options available to monimize that time. I like the phone but some things seem a bit different regarding some apps. The photos are good but would like more options for minimal photo sizes so I'm not transferring huge file sizes when it comes to certain photos. Big problems with using earphones with use of usb type c adapter. Much better quality with usb type c connector earphones but hard to get in stores. Got mine online. Battery life is disappointing. Can't go whole day without charging during the day.

technician was good helping me go from the old phone to the new one but he forgot to give me the box from the phone so I was home with no way to charge phone.( had no charging cable).

The Samsung Galaxy S21 so far has been a good phone. I am still figuring out the ins and outs of the phone, There is a learning curve to any new phone. So far so good.

The Galaxy S21 is a good phone. I went from an S7 to this one so there are some things that take some time getting use to. Overall, I would recommend it.

Purchased for my 13 year old grandson.....he loves this phone...he set it up himself. He us very proud and lucky to have a nice phone like this.

The phone is performing well. No big issues, except the fast charger I purchased for my old Samsung S9+ doesn't have enough ump to fast charge the S21.

Love the new phone. Getting used to which button to use to turn the phone on and off. The sound/settings seem louder even when turning things down. Charges fast.

I am no tech wizard but it replaced my Samsung S10. So far it is working great and I was able to transfer all my old data easily with the switch app.

As usual for me, Toni and Keven where both outstanding in working with me to purchase the best phone for my particular needs and took excellent care of me.

Needed a new phone and I went into the store but they stated that they were all out of them and to purchase online. Was disappointed it was delayed and did not have a lightning charger with it.

I"m a fan of the Samsung Galaxy phones. I just upgraded from the s7 to the s21 and love it. Also, couldn't beat the price, it was on sale for $599.

Upgraded from a Galaxy S7 which I had for 5 years. This is very similar, but still miss the home button. Have had no problems.
