Really dope phone with tons of features, couldn't beat the price either. My only complaint is that setting the phone up is a hassle with covid restrictions

Love the color and updated features. Wish I could have my old ring tone. May have to research that. Picture quality is great. Needed the extra GB's.

It's a pretty phone still very new to me and still learning all the bells and whistles it has. A Great upgrade for me from my last Samsung phone, great camera. I but all Sumsing products.

Love my new galaxy s21 5g. Picture taking quality is amazing. The network is super fast..plus the best buy online shopping option was great and so very easy. They even brought it right to the car.

Had it less than a week and everything seems to work as advertised. Wish it had a blinking light to notify me when I had missed a call or text. I have the S21 5G a d the size is comfortable.

Got a G5 Samsung 21. Not happy, because very few places does it use 5G. usually 4G. The quality of the display is good, as is the sharpness.

So, far so good. have only had the phone a few days. I was frustrated with getting everything set up and learning the nuances of this phone.

Great phone and a big jump from the 10 I had. Camera is outstanding. Like the size and any bigger would not be able to carry in my pants.

I have owned Samsung Galaxy cell phones for 10 years and have enjoyed each one. The S21 5G is awesome and Samsung doesn't disappoint!

I love my new phone, but better than that, was the service from Best Buy! The store employees were very attentive and the tech was awesome that set up our phones. We upgraded from Samsung S8 to the 21 5G. We've been Samsung users for many years and still highly satisfied.

Only complaint is that there's no audio jack, but that seems to be the new standard. Otherwise fantastic. Incredible camera.

Good phone but doesnt get 5 stars since there isnt a clock display on lock screen. Also there is no indicator light for notifications/messages. Camera is great

Going from the Galaxy S10 to the S21 5g was a big leap forward. The phone is faster and much improved battery life. Highly recommend!

I originally had a Samsung, and switched to a Pixel. The Samsung is much easier to use for my fat fingers and old eyes!

Typical Samsung Galaxy product. Performs well as expected. I just wish the price was not so high.
