I have only had this for 3-4 weeks but so far so good.

We bought this phone to replace an older Samsung that was going bad. It's a great phone that my wife loves. My only gripe is that the fingerprint reader doesn't work the best through a glass screen cover. But she doesn't want to take that off so she puts up with it's quirkiness.

The Galaxy s21 is great phone. The one thing I did not like about it was their is no longer a connection for wired headphones. Had to go out and get a pair of bluetooth headphones to listen to music. Just a PIA as another thing to keep track of for charging.

Best mobile i used and battery backup is awesome

This phone is exactly what my daughter wanted and it was cheaper than if we were to purchase it directly from Verizon. Can't beat that! My daughter was please with all of the features and I am very pleased with the ruggedness of a Samsung phone

This is a good phone, the only thing I don't like is the fact that it doesn't not come with a charger base, just the cord and you can't even use your standard USB port to plug it in because it doesn't connect to a USB port like every other phone.

The young man that helped me out was the best. He was very knowledgable about the phones and the differences between them. I felt like I was able to make the best decision on a phone based on his help. The transaction was very smooth.

Phone is great, but only comes with half the charger. Charging cable is useless without charging block, which must be purchased separately. Bad play on Samsung's part.

Amazing phone, I've been an iPhone fanboy since I was a kid. I actually still have an iPhone because of Facetime. But, this phone is everything you've ever wanted way worth it and I will continue to have a Samsung from now one

The ordering process was seamless. I had a little trouble setting up my service. But as fsr as the device it's a beautiful piece of equipment. I've had it about 3 to 4 weeks and it has just now started to freeze on me at times. Besides that, ai absolutely love it.

Lovr my Galaxy and would not trade for an apple. Camera is good if you just need to take pictures, nothing professional. Love how fast the screen opens for face recognition.

So glad I finally met Marc. He was very patient with me and assisted me with my difficulties. I am enjoying my phone and I owe it all to him. He works Friday, Saturday and Sunday so those are the days I will shop.

The best decision i ever made.. i wanted to upgrade my phone and best buy had the best deal where the discount on the phone is instant and not given by a few dollars a month over 2yrs...

It's a really good product. I'm really enjoying my new Samsung. I noticed there's a problem when talking on speaker the person you are talking to says the sound is muffled. Not sure if that's all Samsungs phones or just my phone.

Love the Samsung S21 plus phone and Samsung Microwave . Excellent salesmen for both. Very high on product knowledge and helpful. Installers were fast and efficient. Very friendly and on time.

I like Samsung Galaxy phones but am a bit disappointed in some of the features that were used in the S9plus now not on the S21plus . Only issue was not display of text messages icon . Took phone back and problem was fixed .

Perfect in every way I seriously can I ask for a better phone all the specs are exactly as it says it will be Very reasonably priced with the plan or even if you pay in full

Nice phone. I didn't need anything fancy but this phone was on sale so I got an upgraded phone for the price I was going to pay for the lower end phone.

I have owned Galaxy phones before and this is another fine product. It was easy to setup and transfer data and getting it activated was simple.
