1st bad Samsung experience horrible Verizon one...

They said it was sim card so we changed it. Problem persisted Best Buy was going to exchange phone Verizon would not allow them despite having 1 day left within return period, I got phone on a Sunday and they said the 14 day return period ended on a Friday which was the beginning of the 13th day.... This phone has been garbage and Verizon has been trash to deal with. I have had Verizon for almost 30 years, when this contract is up, I am done with them...

Great Phone, terrible Best Buy experience.

My 30 minute appointment turned into 1:45 min. Then I quickly found out my phone wasn't connected to my plan and only worked on wifi. I had to go to a Verizon store after to have it properly connected.

Pre-ordered phone on 1/28 and was told it should be in by the 29th or 2/1. Kept checking on the status of phone kept saying it was delayed. We left for Florida on the 10th of February and received email on the 11th. Your policy of on holding a item for 6 days is ridiculous so my phone was canceled. I was not very happy, but I did get a better deal at Verizon so my gain is your loss

The phone also is bigger so you get a bigger picture. Weight wise, though, not heavy. So far, I am quite pleased with this phone.

I like the screen and speed of operation. I want to thank the sales person for her patience and profession attention to details transferring my apps and information. Excellent customer service.

STOP TRYING TO BE THE IPHONE

I had this phone about 3 hours before I couldn't take it anymore and returned it. I chose Samsung because it's NOT the iphone, and now it's trying to be one. Not impressed. Only annoyed. Otherwise, it would be a great phone.
