Worse phone ever

The Samsung Galaxy S21+ is the worst phone ever. I do not like how you have to use the volume key and the power button to turn off the phone. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to research the phone, as the this was a quick replacement. I found out that the 3.5 jack was not longer part of the phone, there is not expanded memory, which is bad and then I found out that there was a flaw with the the phone itself, as the phone became real, real hot. I spoke with Samsung rep at Best buy and he informed me this not supposed to happen. However, Best buy did not do anything to address this flaw and still charged me a $45 restocking fee, for a phone that cannot be resold due to this flaw. Really Best buy

My biggest complaint is that I have to reset all my passwords/etc. My biggest compliment is the screen - it seems brighter than my S10+. I don't notice a big difference in 5G on Verizon network - maybe it's still being revealed and as time goes on I'll notice or have a eureka moment....
