Solid phone...upgraded from an s7...everything is snappier....size is just right in my hand..... only complaint is the erratic face recognition and fingerprint reader...using a screen protector.... I’ve adjusted the screen sensitivity, but it’s still inconsistent....

This phone has been great since I got it and does what I need it to do. I haven't got to use the camera much but it seems pretty good so far. The process of picking it up from Best Buy and setting it up was very easy.

It's a great little phone, but not completely amazing. Good cameras, fast loading storage, but just not quite as big as I normally like to use. Will likely upgrade to the Z Fold 3 in a couple of months. There's nothing wrong about it, just nothing spectacular.

Nice but $250 overpriced. Short battery life. Good has "quick" charge. Samsung filled with their Bloatware. Love Samsung but this ridiculous! Uses ton space & CANNOT GET RID OF IT! BIGGEST PROBLEM IS VERIZON. Hours & hours with Tech over simple problems. Still cannot use call/text on tablet. VERIZON not link. Not properly port my number on 6/8. Texts went old phone. Could not setup Anything as verify texts went old phone. Took until 6/17 to fix. STILL NOT WORK.

My old Samsung S6 phone died with Sprint; had for 5 years; went shopping for a new phone and had great offer to switch to Verizon with new phone and promo; just hope this phone will last as much as my old one

My 5 year old phone would no longer hold a charge for the entire day. With the help of Ashley (Marina Store in CA), I was able to get all my questions answered and select a replacement device. I chose this phone based on our discussion AND highly rated Consumer Reports' review. I am happy with the phone AND the expert help & advice received from Ashley. She even helped my get the new phone set up and data transferred from my old device. I highly recommend her

Adapting from my old phone to this model was easy and the transfer of contacts, pictures, and documents was amazingly simple. I had a Pixel 2 so the jump to this Galaxy S21 5G was quite an improvement.

Very nice phone n light weight but I don’t like I had to go out and buy a new wall plug in it Should come with the phones

Love the camera feature. So much improved over previous phone. Easy to use for someone who is not very technologically apt. Can go from screen to screen without loosing any of them.

Excellent cell. Easy to use. Durable especially with case. Clear screen and powerful phone. Getting used to buttons on opposite side of previous phone is an adjustment.

The reception is not that great. And Verizon's technical help is very bad when it comes to the s21. They basically said it's too bad. Two hours on hold.

I recently had to replace my Samsung S7 as the battery life was diminishing rapidly and I owned that phone since 2016. The Galaxy S21 5G is an excellent phone - much improved over my S7

So far it seems to be a nice phone. Good camera. Vibrant colors. Good memory.

Had to replace my Galaxy S8 so wanted to stick with a Galaxy phone. Only thing I don’t like is that there is no expandable memory. Easy to set up and use.

The S1 5g is all I expected. Great screen resolution and outstanding camera. My only problem and it's small is that while in my shirt pocket it will some times turn itself on.

The wifi service in the store was v-e-r-y-s-l-o-w, taking 6 hours to transfer data from my old phone to the new one! When I got home, I realized the new phone, Samsung Gaxaxy S21, has more updates than I was was informed about, so now I must have Geek Squad work with me to understand how to use the features.

Awesome phone for years now. Never lags. Only gripe is the battery but what do you expect with a screen like this.

She just loves her new cell phone. Its sleek, it stylish, it has all the new bells and whistles, and best of all, its much faster than her old one.

I got this on sale for $599 as a replacement for my OnePlus 6t. I don't like to pay monthly for my phones and just prefer to buy them outright. This phone with its SnapDragon 888, good camera system, and beautiful 120hz display has been a joy to use. One problem I have, that has nothing to do with the phone, is the fact they don't include a charger. My Oneplus 6t was my first phone that used USB-C for charger, but I sold the charger with the phone. Samsung claims this will help with waste.. well all it did was make me have to go buy a 2 pack of RavPower bricks from Amazon for $10.
