    bestbuy broke my new phone even before i got my hands on it by sticking the pin in the microphone hole instead of the sim card hole and then lying to me about it when they did it right infront of me and said it was an adjustment hole and then said there was nothing wrong with the phone. i never got a chance to hold it. i even told the guy it was the wronghole and he insisted on jammingh the pin in anyway multiple times. when a manager came he said that was normal for the sim slot not to open on the first few tries.

    ordered two exact phones at the same time. delivery for one was 2/11/2021, the other was delayed. how does that happen. was told the other phone would be available 2/15/2021, today is 2/22/2021 still no phone. very disappointed in lack of communication of where the phone is in the process. why should I have to birddog this issue.

    I live in a rural area and reception is horrendously poor with this phone. Even with service, this phone does not even compare to the quality of my Moto Z2.

    Worst device I have ever owned….right at one year, screen went black and nobody would honor any typeof warranty… shame on you Samsung….

    Over Priced Phone. Samsung has done away with adding an additional storage card, so you have to pay more to get a phone with larger memory
