This phone is stylus compatible but I didn't really need one anymore! And Lydia was awesome she helped me through everything from pre-order to pick up I definitely recommend seeing her for your next upgrade!

I was told a different price for the trade in value, i would of gotten for my used phone but, never the less they clarified it and said it was a simple mistake from the person before. But still a lot better and cheaper process the ln other stores.

No headphone jack, no electric charger !!

I tried to buy an adapter 3 times for my existing headphones, and NONE of them worked. This is because Samsung made this phone so that it needs an adapter with a DAC (Digital to Analog converter). I called Verizon, and they don't even sell one !!! Shame on Samsung for doing that !! They should include one with the phone -- they don't even include an Electric plug to charge your phone with !! I thought it would be a seamless transition to go to a new phone, but between Samsung and Verizon, it's been a nightmare...
