Tremendous phone that does everything I want and more

New phone, less than two weeks old. It should be good! If not as ultra (big/ wide) as my note 20 ultra. Battery life is OK, since I'm a mechanic I use it a lot, I'll get about 10 hours of use before i have to recharge. I'll come back in about 6 months and give a better review. So far it's a good phone

Great phone, I love the camera and different modes.

This is my 3rd Samsung phone, and I am still happy. The device is great, but what stood out for me is the new transfer process - it copied EVERYTHING from the old phone and even put all the icons in the same place, including folders! Least painful transfer I have ever had.

I've always gotten Samsung Note phones because I like using a stylist. One of the techs suggested I consider this Galaxy S21 Ultra, because you can use a stylist on it too! I'm so glad I got it. It's such a great smartphone and Besr Buy had a great price for it too.

EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT AS FAR AS PROCESSOR CONNECTIVITY AND BATTERY LIFE. THE PHONE ITSELF IS VERY HEAVY AND BULKY. TO BIG FOR ME TO KEEP IN MY POCKET WHILE WORKING. EVERYTIME I KNEEL DOWN IT DIGS INTO MY HIP. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT WITH OUT AN SD SLOT AS WELL.

I honestly haven't even used it yet.... But you would think that dropping $1300.00 on a device would be enough to at least come with the necessities enough to charge the thing! Also a pair of earbuds wouldn't have hurt either! I came from a Note8 where it felt like you were buying a so called "Flagship Phone". From the packaging, to every last detail they made you felt like you were buying something special. Not with the s21 ultra, I had a Moto g that was packaged better than this. This S21 Ultra has me truly disappointed... It's so sad that a lot of big businesses these days charge you more for less really disappointed in Samsung!

This is a great phone with an even better camera. I bought it online and made an appointment to pick it up in the store. The service was great. I was in and out without problem.

The person I share my line with upgraded from their s9 and they rant and rave about the phone all day. I still have my S10+ but think when my line is due for the updgrade I'll be getting this phone

Hands down, the best cell phone I have ever owned. There is really nothing that I want it to do that it can't do. You won't be unhappy you bought one of these.

This has been fun to play around with. All the camera functions and how smooth everything looks and photos and short videos have never looked better. Worth the upgrade for sure.

Overall really happy with it. It doesn't feel huge (coming from S10) , color and clarity amazing. Location of buttons for taking screenshot a little awkward and am learning to work with it. Happy I upgraded, especially with the trade-in value.
