GOOD PHONE, EXCEPT IT DOES NOT COME WITH CHARGER AND EAR BUDS

I had a Samsung Galaxy S7 that lived in my pocket and never got scratched.. I got this S21 that's 21 and it had 3 scratches on it the 1st week the 1st week and now the oliophobic Coating is wearing off. Make sure you get a glass screen protector

Purchase tv as a gift. Also paid for installation by Geek Squad. Took almost a month for delivery & istallation. Ridiculous. Im guessing the product is fine. Recipient was pleased. I will answer the following to the best of my ability

I just purchased this phone a week ago, but so far, it does not seem much different then the Samsung 10. I will update my review If I see a difference in the future.

I will only buy Galaxy phones, however, buying this phone was a bad decision. Nothing but problems!

My wife has always had an android and this was the worst one she had gotten. She said it was awkward to hold because of the camera size. She tried different cases to see that would help but it didn’t. The functionality of the phone just wasn’t a good fit for her. Returned and got the iPhone 12.

Regret buying this piece of junk!! My apps aren't working! I upgraded to this phone because my qpps weren't working correctly on my old phone, samsung s9 so i feel like i didn't even get a new phone.

Worst phone I've ever had. For spending $$$ for a phone, you'd think it would work. The internet (4or 5G and Wifi never worked right on this phone. I had to get a "refurbished" phone to fix a speaker issue on the brand new one. It was worse than the new one of course. I couldn't take it anymore. After 1 year, i got rid of the phone. Im never going back to Samsung phones again. They didn't give a rip that i purchased a $1200 phone and it didn't work right out of the box. So they no longer get my business.

Augggg. Not even sure where to begin. Have always owned samsung galaxy phones. This one runs extremely hot and batterydies within 2 hours and takes hours to charge Also the phone is very slow. My husband got the same phone and it got got so hot he dropped it and broke. Samsung wont replace because of broken screen. Also he cant have screen repaired because phone is so new they dont have screens. My phone is already scratched. because I cant find screen covers. So so so disappointing. Very seldom will I give a product 1 star. Honestly if I could have given it a zero I would. Before you buy look on internet at other reviews. They say the same!

Whether Verizon, Best Buy, or Samsung, I do NOT recommend this phone. All phone calls echo. Paid $1300. Not worth a plug nickel. ROBBED by VZ, BB + SS. Now what? A trade in? Fully PAID. FULLY ROBBED. If you are unable to make a cell phone call for a $1300 phone, what would you think? What was the point? WARNING DO NOT BUY A LOCKED PHONE & DEFINITELY NOT FROM VZ.

I purchased a new phone and wanted to replace my broken old phone. Bestbuy added an "Upgrade" charge of $35 and changed every line on the plan to a "Go Unlimited" plan. This added $10 dollars per line WITHOUT MY CONSENT! Be careful if you purchase a phone from them. Bestbuy will charge you extra for nothing.

Great phone. Would absolutely buy again. Camera is phenomenal. Have used it many times to record HS concerts in low light frim thd back of the auditorium with fantastic results. Extreme battery life even during demanding usage.

Im having trouble with it pullin my email up and sometimes drops the call and I'm a version customer.

Basic functions like bluetooth connectivity are glitchy and problematic.

There are some issues w this phone. I have to restart it sometimes because the screen decided to do a little jig dance and jump around on the screen

Extremely slow .. doesnt come with a charger and for 1400 dollars u would think it would has alot of thinks tht i disable and they turn back on ... junk

The camera on this phone is AMAZING and reason I bought it. Be prepared to pay extra for many little items though. Not much selection for phone covers, none waterproof. Pay extra for AC charger which is included with all other phones, New type of cord will not connect to my computer which means I have to email photos to my desktop ONE SINGLE photo at a time. This is almost a deal breaker. New samsung update will not allow me to save original or copy photos once edited. If this is not corrected in the next week I plan on returning the phone. Not worth paying double for a phone with an awesome camera if I am not able to work with the photos. Also having some issues with the sound. When I am speaking with someone they are too quiet, then it will blast their voice a few seconds later without any changes on my end. On the upside it is a nice large screen, lightweight, charges fast

This is by far the best SmartPhone I ever had. The storage is amazing, as I have over 100 apps and many years worth of photographs on the phone. The hotspot works very well. Browsing the Internet is a breeze. I have not experience any buffering or slowness. The quality of the photos is excellent and there are a lot of options to choose from in terms of what kind of picture you want to take.
