Overall its a great phone! I recommend the phone to anybody!

Maybe one of Samsungs worst phones ever... after 1 week use had many problems. Cell phone service keep dropping, internet speed is horrible. They don't have a SD card slot anymore, heck you even need to buy a plug for $40 to charge it. Crazy you don't even get a charger with your $1,200 phone.

This cellular device has been slower and not processing APPs as fast as I would like, I am returning this back to Best Buy today. On three of my games the game does not process unless I delete caches and reboot the cell one or two times. The game is blank on the screen. Also, when I am typing a google search sometimes no matter how many times I try to type in the middle of a type string it jumps to the end unless I refresh the website. I am not sure why some of the APPs such as games (golf king, call of duty, war robots, NFL madden), ESPN, and others have issues with load times and use. The graphics are nice but there is a processing issue with connecting to the internet quickly to often, load time for apps, and when apps come up they are not fully functionable.

I ordered the phone on the 21st of december and was supposed to get it the next tuesday being the 28th. Its now the 2nd of January and the only thing ive gotton is a message of it being delayed and that it will be here "in the next few days" and nothing else, doesnt tell me where it is in the process or when it could possibly be here. Absolutley terrible.

I bought S21 to upgrade my S9. After 1 week s21 was returned. S9 feels better. Camera in s21 is as slow as in s9.

While the phone has many nice features, forget about using Wi-Fi as you will have to stand right next to your wireless router to get a connection. I am sitting at the same desk as I was with my Pixel and it consistently worked with the same Wi-Fi connection. Be prepared to exceed your data plan as you will almost certainly be using mobile data most of the time

Overpriced plastic phone! The back is plastic now and there is no aux port. Didn't come with charger or buds. Battery life is awful and the wifi connectivity is beyond the worst! If wifi is left on when you're out it will cause your phone to lose connectivity. You have to go in and turn wifi off! No more switching. Worst phone ever!

I've had this phone for 5 months, feels buggy. I've tried to customize settings and have reset settings....lots of issues with notifications, driving mode, voice commands get picked up from conversations. Pictures that are close up or have motion are terrible. I think there are a bunch of manual settings to master if you want to take advantage of all of the optics. Call me old fashion but point and click is fine for a phone. Also having problems controlling notifications. The driving mode is a pain in the butt and seems considerably more dangerous than not having a driving mode. Overall a very complicated phone that makes basic everyday use cases more difficult than they need to be. After 10+ years on Samsung it's time to look at Apple and Pixel. After only 5 months I'm headed to the store today to see if I can trade it in. Very disappointed.

Great phone except for biometrics. Face recognition and fingerprint scan work only now and then. Drives me crazy and might drive an Applephobe like myself to an iphone. I've tried every online suggestion without success. Think before you buy!

I trusted the Geek mgr. who claimed this model was "the best since the Note8" Such an outright lie. 3 mos. into ownership, already firmware & software issues. Poor network, service, connection, dropped calls, etc. Contacted Verizon Tech about it, and they discovered there was a KNOWN firmware and updating issue, that was slugging or freezing the phone. Kissed my $900 goodbye! Verizon swapped this piece of junk out 4x over 2020. The very last Galaxy I will ever own!

I was looking forward to grabbing this phone, but there is no SD slot or headphone jack. Ill pass. I'm sure many others will too. Too bad

These phones dont come with a charger. Has to have a Samsung Super fast charging block or it pretty much wont charge at all with anythjng else.

Motherboard failed after a year and a half and samsung wants $600 to fix it. Its a common issue according to google. Obviously im going with a different manufacturer.

After purchasing this $1,200.00 phone I'm experiencing issues with the Facebook app crashing each & every time I use it. Which means I have to reboot the phone each time I use FB so it will renew the app.
