Excellent., great., quality., great phone., best phone .

Simply amazing smartphone. I've owned the S6 Edge, S7 Edge, Note 8 and the Note 10+ 5G prior and this itineration of Samsung's smartphone line is simply amazing. Don't get me started on the cameras because they're outstanding. Buy, upgrade or switch to the S21 line. You won't be disappointed.

Bought this phone for my wife bc her Note 9 had a broken screen and it was time anyway. It's an awesome piece of equipment. I may get one for myself instead of the new note. The screen is incredibly clear and responsive AND it take absolutely ridiculously high quality pictures.

My last several phones have been LG's but made the switch due to LG not making phones any longer. The Samsung Galaxy S21 was a good choice. Smooth transition. Camera's are awesome. Sound is great when listening to music. Great phone. I'm very happy with it.

Excellent phone with an excellent camera! Makes the One Plus 9 pro that I had prior to getting the S21 ultra seem like a flip phone (it was pretty much as useless/ if not more useless than a flip phone becauss it would randomly fall out of service).

Great phone just not for me. If you’re an Apple user this is not the phone for you. With that said this is a awesome phone great camera and features. Just know if you are coming from Apple and have a lot of Apple devices this will not play well with others.

I like this new phone so far. Only thing that I have trouble getting used to is the turn on for the screen. I was used to touching or sliding up from the bottom of the screen and now have to turn on with button on the right side. Great camera!

The quality of the display is amazing - so clear that others comment on it fairly often. Also, video and non-zoom photo quality is so crystal clear and high-quality - stunning! Only negative so far is photos where zoom is used tend to be blurry. I was hoping for more clarity there. Overall, great phone.

Awesome phone! Camera is amazing. I love how much you can customise androids versus iphone. I've been an iPhone user since the iPhone four and I'm glad I've made the switch. Wireless power share is definitely a cool feature.

Excellent Samsung phone. The camera is thw best ive seen in thw phone series and I've been a Samsung loyal customer since the 4. If you dont need a great camera there are cheaper options out there that are just as good.

I've had this phone for a little over a month now and it is working great. The 5G in my area comes and goes but that isn't on the product. This was the easiest transfer of settings and backgrounds etc I've ever had. Only gripe, some of the pre-loaded notification sounds have changed and you can't seem to set your own custom notifications, only ringtones.

Love the phone. Got the S21 Ultra because samsung decided to skip the Note this year. Not a fan of that decision myself. Only complaint and reason I gave 4 stars is spen needs a home in the phone. This really limits the cases that will work. Other than that the phone is excellent. Def recommend.

Upgraded from my Samsung galaxy 8. What a difference. Beautiful pictures. The phone is so much faster. Still learning all the new features. Transferring from my old phone was very easy thanks to the Best Buy team.

Phone was as expected. The best part is the team where i purchased the phone. Everyone so helpful with the transferring of information from phone to phone and with the needed accessories. Great service.

Excellent phone and great camera. Best Buy has the best deal on the Verizon plan and phone. You essentially get the phone for free with $800 from Verizon with a trade in and $400 credit from Best Buy.

This is an awesome phone! I like to switch back and forth between iPhone and Samsung, and this is so much better than the Note 10 plus I had. It just upgraded to Android 12 and I love it!

Upgraded from a Note10+ that i had nothing but problems with and it was completely worth it. The settings are mostly the same so it didn't take long to setup everything up and the camera is amazing.

I bought this device as an upgrade to my S10 on Verizon N/W. The phone has exceeded my expectation so far in terms of features and performance. However Verizon slapped me with a $40 Upgrade fee which i thought was the same as $20 Activation fee. Apparently both are different.

Best phone I have owned. Easy to use, quick response opening apps, thumbprint identity works great and quickly. The camera is amazing producing sharp, quality photos and several options for editing.
