Good so far only had a week. I will uodate the review in a year.

S21 ultra decent phone, but becareful buying pre owned devices from Best Buy. They do not have in store Warranty's, they sold me a phone with tiny amount of black in the top right corner of the phone barley noticeable to the eye. The fact that the half black dot is there and ive owned the phone not even a full month. Geek squad can't do anything about it. CSR's can't do anything about it. Samsung can't do anything about it. (Phone was registered to another owner previously to me) So I can't register it, best buy store representatives at Sarasota 34231 store don't care and don't want to help had me wait 35 minutes to send me out the door 3 minutes after I was greeted to be helped.

Horrible service bought a open box S21Ultra came on time but nothing else a phone no direction not even a plug bought best buy protection spoke to 7 different people no one knew what too do thenlast guy devon just left me on hold 22 minutes till i hung discussed returning phone to store never buy again on line Wow I save 18% on the phone but i would have rather paid full price for zero aggravation

For some reason the sound went out on this device . I was so sad till Bestbuy saw this wasn't my fault and swapped it out for me . Satisfied

These phones doesnt come with a charger. Samsung told me its more "eco friendly" to not inlcude them anymore which is stupid.

I bought it for the camera and all of the pictures are blurry. It cannot handle the subject moving even as slow as a sloth.

Phone has numerous issues, upgraded from a s20 5g and regretted it. Would advise not to buy

Missing charger and other accessories please add better descriptions

Amazing camera and has all the features i need. Gaming is fast and can always have settings on ultra. Apps are easy to install and use. customization is perfect and has tones of free wallpapers etc.

I have to ding it 1 star for the lack of having a microSD card slot because it is now just another average phone. Samsung needs to understand that if i wanted an apple product, i'd by an apple product. I by Samsung specifically because i don't like the apple phones. In fact I wasn't going to buy a new Samsung phone until they put the SD card slot back in, or even better, a CFExpress card slot, but alas, my old S10+ died so I had to replace it and there where S20 Ultras to be had quickly. I went with the Ultra for the camera. But the extremely disappointing lack of expandable storage aside, it's a great device. It feels only slightly larger and heavier than my S10+. I was also disappointed that the only models i could find were 128GB versions. With a 108mp camera and 8K video and lack of expandable storage the ultra shouldn't ship with anything less that 512GB and should go up to 1TB. After i restored all my apps and such, with no photos or videos on it, I'm left with just under 80gb of storage. I had over 100gb of just music and photos on the microSD card i pulled from my S10+. I ordered an OTG flash drive, but i made sure it wasn't a Samsung, just on principal. Final word, when they fix their mistake and put the expandable storage back in the S22 i'll be doing a trade in. If you can wait, and you need lots of storage that isn't a cloud blowing in the wind, then I'd wait.

The phone itself ran great and held up well. I had no issues with it for over two years until I dropped it at a bad angle and the screen had a really bad crack.

I am a lover of Samsung phones. Since the first one I had I fell in love with Samsung, I wouldn't change it for anything

My son absolutely LOVES this phone. He is a huge ANDROID fan boi. I tried to get him to use the iphone 13 and he said, "I won't do it. Android is the dominant operating system and Samsung nailed it with this latest release"

Great phone. No complaints at all. Only wish it had came with a charging block.

This is by far the best phone I have ever had. No regrets
