I really am impressed with my unlocked Samsung ultra s21 phone. Its fast and easy to use. The camera is best by far.

Just as good as past Samsung models I've had. Little better camera. Still a little fuzzy when zooming in. Wish they would stop getting bigger with each new model.

This is fast...camera and video smooth...i think all phones over a certain amount are almost on the same level but with that being this is an excellent phone

Phone is great. Was very happy with it within the short time i had it. This review is for my 2nd s21ultra within 3 months. The 1st one(purchased from amazon brand new from their samsung store)had an issue with the top left corner of the screen having some discoloration after just texted 5 weeks. I had to send it to samsung which they then sent back and told me there was nothing wrong with it. After explaining to their tech support how to replicate the issue they had me resend it after which they decided the item could not be repaired. I heard nothing from them for about 2 weeks after being promised a replacement. When i finally decided to call they finally told me there was no s21 ultras in stock on their part and that they would issue me a refund instead. It took them another 4 weeks(maybe more) to get me my money back. Halfway through the wait I decide to purchase another unit out of pocket and that was this purchase. Why the 5 stars? Because the product is great and it deserves it but I feel like I still need to share my experience with their so called case management team. I ended up returning this purchase as well because it kept restarting on it owns even without background apps. After 11yrs of being an android user(about of 8 of which were with galaxy flagships) I switched to iOS. Would I recommend this product to a friend? Yeah why not it’s a great phone packed with features. I fell like I’ve just been unlucky with defective units. But with that being said I would only recommend it to a friend if I’m unable to convince them to switch to iOS

Let me be the first to say ' I'm impressed '. I brought this phone strictly for business use and this was a solid investment. The phone is quick, simple, doesn,t overheat, and easy to use. I pair my blueparrot headset with my samsung s 21 ultra for work purposes. I think samsung finally listened and created a flawless phone. By the way, the camera and video recording is more vivid and natural then the iphone 12 pro max. I am very happy with my purchase.

I've had this phone for almost a tear now, and the only bad things that i can say about it is that the battery life is mediocre when you have 1440p and 120 hz mode, but if you take it down to 1080p 120hz you can see some pretty good battery life. The only other bad thing about this phone is the size. Its a big phone, using Samsung's one handed mode is a must for reaching anywhere above the power button.

Samsung is the best when it comes to cellphone and technology. Camera is amazing.

Excellent phone but software issues. Keeps on randomly crashing and shows samsung logo as if the phone is restarted. My Note 5 was better than this. Maybe switch to iphone next time.

Great camera and video capability make this an excellent phone. Battery life is also awesome. But even so, it's hard to justify the price.
