Downgrading back to note 20 ultra 5g ... s21 was worst phone ever

My current phone. Loved every year of it to the point i didn't feel like i needed a new phone. Everything about it is prefect. The camera is amazing, battery lasts all day. Perfect phone.

Amazing camera and has all the features i need. Gaming is fast and can always have settings on ultra. Apps are easy to install and use. customization is perfect and has tones of free wallpapers etc.

I have to ding it 1 star for the lack of having a microSD card slot because it is now just another average phone. Samsung needs to understand that if i wanted an apple product, i'd by an apple product. I by Samsung specifically because i don't like the apple phones. In fact I wasn't going to buy a new Samsung phone until they put the SD card slot back in, or even better, a CFExpress card slot, but alas, my old S10+ died so I had to replace it and there where S20 Ultras to be had quickly. I went with the Ultra for the camera. But the extremely disappointing lack of expandable storage aside, it's a great device. It feels only slightly larger and heavier than my S10+. I was also disappointed that the only models i could find were 128GB versions. With a 108mp camera and 8K video and lack of expandable storage the ultra shouldn't ship with anything less that 512GB and should go up to 1TB. After i restored all my apps and such, with no photos or videos on it, I'm left with just under 80gb of storage. I had over 100gb of just music and photos on the microSD card i pulled from my S10+. I ordered an OTG flash drive, but i made sure it wasn't a Samsung, just on principal. Final word, when they fix their mistake and put the expandable storage back in the S22 i'll be doing a trade in. If you can wait, and you need lots of storage that isn't a cloud blowing in the wind, then I'd wait.

The phone itself ran great and held up well. I had no issues with it for over two years until I dropped it at a bad angle and the screen had a really bad crack.

Worth the money, will not go to iPhone when Samsung quality and android 14 are rocking it. I need a reliable phone my old Samsung Galaxy was # 9 5 years of perfect service. % cameras I thought is too much but now I fill that my photos look not worth than professional

I've had this phone for a week, and have run into small headaches consistently. The features Samsung chose to take out of Android 11 at the expense of their own are puzzling. The power menu that comes by default on Android 11? Gone. In its place? Samsung SmartThings. The bloat continues from there, with some features forcing you to make a samsung account. Simple things like video picture in picture are now limited, so you can't put them in the center of the screen. Multiple games look horribly pixilated, whereas on other Android phones with 90hz displays look amazing. Settings are rearranged from standard android, for no reason. Great camera, fast apps, but many compromises. Which leads me back to the title. If you're a Samsung user and are used to being strong-armed into using Samsung features at the expense of Android features, you may love this phone. Me? I can't help but crave the features and simplicity of other flagships.

I like EVERYTHING about it!! Never need to buy a separate camera.

My son absolutely LOVES this phone. He is a huge ANDROID fan boi. I tried to get him to use the iphone 13 and he said, "I won't do it. Android is the dominant operating system and Samsung nailed it with this latest release"

Bought it instead of the iPhone 12 and have not regretted with my decision. Only thing I would change is that I would've preferred the flat screen as I'm used to that with my previous iPhones but overall satisfied

Samsung is going backwards, their flagship is missing more and more each year. They just feel the need to follow Apple and don't care about their customers or android in general. Sure the cameras are better and the specs are newer, but in chasing Apple and price points they are getting worse. Things that are gone now No charger No headphones No headphone jack No IR No wallet or digital card support No SD expansion slot No more Note series New old old problems Battery life worse and charging still slow Heat worse, phone overheats CPU throttles badly under gaming or video loads Screen refresh rate lies Software just keep getting worse Pay to play cloud system Samsung software full of ads Phone features behind paywalls and dlc offer 8k video and no space to save it? To those defending the removal of the sd card slot, you most likely never used it or had a need for it. But for those who do use it, really need it, and the cloud and network based solutions are not an option. Why? 1. They cost money 2. They are slow 3. Data is not free or unlimited 4. Does not work without data access 5. Is not secure or private 6. Your data is At the mercy of cloud providers. I'm a power user, I store video, huge music local library, photos, and documents on my phone. I use it for work, gym, play, and creative endeavors. I don't have access to the cloud everywhere I go, and SD card storage is a must for me. I miss IR, I miss the headphone jack, I miss the charger, I miss nearfield for wallet. These are features found on other flagships and not on Samsung. If you are a power user, and you need more features, more space and more options this is not the phone or phone brand for you anymore. If Samsung does not change course I won't be supporting them anymore, and I will not recommend them anymore. Samsung please stop removing features, I want a Samsung phone not another Iphone clone.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G that I purchased on sale from Best Buy, it was a extremely reasonable price.

This is a great phone for my 85 year old mother, and she loves all of the features it offers.

Great phone. No complaints at all. Only wish it had came with a charging block.
