working very well , no problems at all, smooth, and power on off and volume buttons in correct ergonomic position. Only one improvement is if some marker can be done to immediately recognise top vs bottom of phone, sin eh the controls are on the rigth side.

Great phone. Upgraded from the S20 Ultra 5G to the 21, and it does not disappoint. Beautiful phone, great quality. Only detractor is that they removed the expandable storage that the S20 had, but that's not a deal breaker.

One of the better purchases that I made I used to buy a cheap cell phones keep them for 4 to 6 months or with this phone here I'll be happy for at least 2 years even longer

Wow this is the best phone have on today I also have the iPhone promax 13 this phone is so buttery smooth Samsung knocked it out of the park this time looking forward to the ultra 22

Great phone I can't complain especially the Phantom Navy just stands out, and the staff at best buy were professional and friendly Leonel and Rosa they even gave me free samsung socks.

I pretty much enjoyed the s21 ultra for it's easy use and great picture quality, battery life is great also it charges super fast .

I must say this is one of the best store for a phone and selected assesories Giving you a 5 star was bcos there are no other stars available would have giving you more..

My boyfriends phone broke and Verizon did not have any in stock. We were able to buy it at Best Buy and get reimbursed. Great picture quality

Excellent Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I did lots of research on this cell phone and waited to purchase. Love the cell phone and its features.

It works good having problem it freezes hear and there and picture quality isn't the best. But not work paying 200 dollars to replace it.
