It kept all of the technology I was already used to but with subtle enough upgrades that it was easy to understand. The last time I upgraded it was like I needed to take a class to understand how to operate my phone.

The process at Best Buy was so smooth and I found the customer service incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this phone and I recommend getting it from Best Buy

I would've given five stars but my phone only came with a charging cord, but no charger! Boo Hoo.........

All I want is a phone

This phone is set up so that most applications you use there is some type of interruption or request to add something to your phone. Not too excited with the new technology.
