Low battery. Love the phone, but its low battery life has made life extremely difficult. I missed the return period because i was travelling and this is my biggeat regret. Not worth price if u have to keep phone always on charge

It’s a very great phone but I can’t help missing out on FaceTime one of the only things I use phones for is to talk to my friends so if one device does that undeniably better or more convenient than I will always choose the latter

Upgrade from note 10. Great camera, and it's a little faster due to 5g. But you do loose the memory due to no longer having a slot card, which may be a big deal for some people who need a lot of storage.

The phone itself is a fine phone. Just another slab of glass. The only issue I had was battery life was less than desirable. I ended up returning it because of this. The phone would be dead by lunch on most days of unplugging at around 6 am.

Well again, Sarah helped me decide as to which phone to purchase. I had the Samsung Galaxy S9 and lovd it however it wasn't holding a charge every time. So before it crashed I figured it was time for a new one. We have had Verizon for probably 40 or more years and we were able to get a good trade in and new purchase deal. Again Sarah explained all the new features and helped to make the transition easy. Olivia another employee along with Alex were also very friendly and helpful. As with anything, trying to learn something new at my age 74, is never a slam dunk, but im always up for the challenge. Thanks again for the staff at Best Buy and the patience of Sarah to make it a pleasant experience.

This was a good phone, but I have upgraded so no longer have it.

I bought this phone a month ago and I'm happy with it. It's a great phone with amazing screen, camera and software. The only drawback about this phone is it's battery life.

Very great and reliable phone. Got it as a necessity for work and it worked perfect then and still now. Upgrading, but passing this down to my son.

Upgraded from S10e from 2019. Considerably lighter in weight. Love the camera compared to my previous phone.

This is the best phone I've ever had or bought. This has a 50 megapixel camera Voice takes amazing pictures never mind that it is 5G fast and it's very ruggard and Reliable
