Not worth the money at all, very disappointing l. Battery life is horrible and takes up to 2 hours to charge. Had to return it the next day. Always have love androids , switched from android to iPhone best decision ever!

I am loving my new phone! I went from the s10+ to this s22. The graphics and clarity are much better. It does not have a headphone jack or the capability for extra memory.

I have brand loyalty to Samsung. My previous phone was a Samsung and i wanted to do the trade in to get the S22+ 256GB. Nope I was refused to perform a trade in even when the phone was in stock on Saturday August 20th. Go to a different store on Sunday August 21st just to be told it's sold out, so I got this as an alternative. Second store associate was nice and did not disregard me. Not to mention I work M-F so I could not have done it sooner. I dislike the phone. Compare to my previous phone this is tiny. Not to mention the battery life is actually worse. I can barely get a day's worth of battery without having to find my charger. Which was something i wanted to avoid with the *Plus* variant. So thank you Best Buy for having your in store employee turn the monitor to them so I could not ask them to confirm they could not do the tradein. Love the transparency, or lack of. The wishful thinking resolution is to have me return this phone and buy the S22+ 256gb at the sale price last week including the trade in value I had. But nope, that won't happen as that's not BBY normal procedure. So thanks. May use this phone as to trade in for the S23+ or something.

I am a droid fan, and this one has been one of the best thus far. This, coming from the S9 which I adored until I accidentally smashed it. When I thought that purchasing this (S22) had lost many of the features from my S9...a further look revealed that things are simply "rearranged" and still available... and more. As always, I (we) could use without all the bloat-ware and sneaky added items in updates... cough, cough... The camera is way more complex and a larger learning curve. I hope to have time to sift through that, as I feel my S9 was care-free and excellent in this regard. Other than that...I am pleased with this model.

Samsung, the best. Everything is smooth and working.

Phone has no scratches and seems to function as new. No cable, but that's ok for the discount. It was purchased open box. The screen looks better than the pixel 6 that I returned for this.

Phone works fine. To be honest phones like this only good for the camera. Everyday stuff can be done with the lower cost regular phones. But if you want to play games, takes pics, yes get this.

Phone stopped charging less than one year after purchase. Had to return for repair. Camera also not good at all.

Few years ago this phone was great.. great battery .. but now battery last half a day even untouch .. get hot .. wish it was like the edge

I love this phone I have one that you're able to go to any company you want the color is beautiful I always like galaxys very good company the phone is very fast and holds a lot

I've had this phone for about 2 years and have taken great care of it. Loved it and would have given it 5 stars until it started having lagging issues, freezing, restarting, infinite boot loops, etc. Then it would work fine for while until the screen just went totally black. Tried every trouble shooting option that I have found on the internet with no luck. So disappointed that I am going to have to spend money on repairs after only 2 years when in the past I have had no issues and have always stood by Samsung products. Had my S4 and S8 for over 4 years each before deciding it was time to upgrade, and never had any major issues. This might turn me away from sticking with Samsung phones.

Awesome phone, and really good, i use this phone as a secondary phone for my business and it meets my needs, although there’s some stuff I don’t like about it 8/10

So far I love everything about this phone. However, its true that the battery life is not as efficient as the s22 plus and ultra but the fast charging capability makes up for it.

bad phone since day one i got it and i only have problems dont recomended and i went to store now body help me i pay for insurance and it was a waste of money they cannot help me battery the worst and never have a good service or signal

Phone has good feel for basic phone. No SD card slot, (sad). But at 256GB and i load most everything to the cloud so it is no big deal.

Fantasic phone. Second to none. That S 22 is more than I could have hoped for. It is fast and easy to use. Only wish is that the battery life should have been a little longer.

Love my new Galaxy 22S phone. Have had no problems. Love the picture quality. Didn't take long to learn the short cuts etc. Would recommend to friends.

It's just same basic Apps Just a better look of cosmetic phone nothing else has been provided Or much of a big difference, In fact, Expect to struggle.

Haven’t had the phone a year it just power off we know that it didn’t need to be charged because it was 28% when it just cut off and will not come on and what’s even more disappointing is not willing to help

The phone is alright but it has its issues with its battery life as well as the touchscreen thumb print reader
