The battery is pretty small compared to all the features and the it kept draining even when the phone was not in use. Disappointed with the s22+ series.

Best Buy is terrible

Bought less than a month ago and it wont send text messages and keeps dropping my calls. Had multiple sim cards sent from my carrier and reset phone and still didnt work. Best Buy is unwilling to take it back or help my in any way because its been more than 15 days. Ill never buy a phone from Samsung or Best Buy again.

Worst Phone Ever

That aside, this is hands down the worst phone I have ever owned, and I used $50 prepaid phones for years. -Battery life is absolutely horrendous. Samsung feeds you a bunch of lies about "give it a few weeks to learn your usage patterns", which basically led me to keeping this piece of trash too long to be able to return it. After changing literally dozens of settings and telling every single ap it wasnt allowed to do anything, the battery life is finally decent. You shouldn't have to spend an hour tweaking your phone to get more than half a day out of your battery. Bluetooth connectivity issues Google maps will freeze up, leading me to almost crashing more than once having to restart while on the pkwy Error messages will stay frozen on screen, not allowing me to type Facebook glitches I will never give Samsung another penny of my hard earned money after this.

DONT DO IT

The speaker sounds blown out randomly throughout the day. It must be an issue with the hardware because if i press down firmly in the middle of the phone, the speaker sounds normal. I absolutely disgusted with how Best Buy has handled this issue. I am unable to return it since the package has been opened. Whatever you do, don't buy this phone.

Best Buy would not help. Samsung website technical support helped us on three occasions. They all blame each other. Samsung blames Verizon saying the sim card is bad. Verizon blames Samsung saying the phone is bad. Best Buy says leave the phone we will send it out. What about a loaner phone? Nope. They do not do that they told me on the phone.

2 Week Old Dead Phone

After 12 days the phone started cycling on and off and then just shut down completely. Couldn't charge it, hard start or soft start, just the black screen of DEATH. The Geek Squad needs to get their stuff together also. I was told a Samsung diagnostics could be done, was sent 20 mile to another store only to find a diagnostic on a dead phone is impossible. Beautiful phone when it's working properly.

Bad phone

No Sim Tray
