    The phone is fantastic but most impressive was the level of support we received from Best Buy's staff, Keith. Keith was instrumental in ensuring we made a sound decision that fit our budget and needs without making us feel rushed or making an abrupt decision that we would later come to regret. He gets a 10 out of 10 for excellent service. Great in person experience at Best Buy.

    Very poor battery life. Traded my s20 plus to get an s20 plus. They didnt have one in stock snd couldnt order one one line or trade it in. Got the s20 instead. Battery life is less than 20 hours wjth usual usage.
