    Good phone, basically the same as the 21 but I got it for only 10 dollars with a trade in

    Can not recieve text messages Garbage phone

    Horrible phone. Phone can NOT recieve text messages due to a software glitch. My carrier trouble shooted the phone, samsung trouble shooted my phone, they sent me to a local specialist who trouble shooted my phone and samsung again trouble shooted my phone. Each time it was determined it was a software glitch preventing incoming texts. Now Samsung says i have to mail them the phone for 2 weeks so they can trouble shoot it a 5th time before replacing my device under warranty. When i informed them i needed the phone for my job they advised me to actually buy a new phone for temporary use. This is unacceptable from a company that sold me a lemon from the start. After 13 years of samsung phones im done with them.

    Not so great, had to return it. The battery is pretty small compared to all the features and the it kept draining even when the phone was not in use. Disappointed with the s22+ series.

    I am dissappointed with this phone it cuts out on me and it freezes up. This is not what I expect from a samsung. I am having to recharge it almost every day

    I am very disappointed with samsung is not reallly what i was expecting.it freeze up sometimes

    The 120 Hz screen is super nice, the camera and battery is excellent, and it feels more premium than previous Samsung phones. (those are the main Pros) Lower screen resolution, no charger in the Box, and no expandable SD card storage. (those are the main cons) I was originally concerned about the downgraded RAM, but after doing some testing by playing some of the most demanding games like Genshin Impact I found that it only used 6 - 7.5 GB of RAM. So technically this is a downgrade, but you definitely will not notice it unless you are an extreme power user. And the lower-quality screen is only noticeable if you are 5 to 6 in away from the screen. Overall great phone!

    Terrible product. Bought less than a month ago and it wont send text messages and keeps dropping my calls. Had multiple sim cards sent from my carrier and reset phone and still didnt work. Best Buy is unwilling to take it back or help my in any way because its been more than 15 days. Ill never buy a phone from Samsung or Best Buy again.

    I have had this phone for all of 2 weeks and ever since receiving it I had problems with the speaker. The speaker sounds blown out randomly throughout the day. It must be an issue with the hardware because if i press down firmly in the middle of the phone, the speaker sounds normal. I absolutely disgusted with how Best Buy has handled this issue. I am unable to return it since the package has been opened. Whatever you do, don't buy this phone.

    Phone keeps on overheating and throws out what I'm working on or whenever I'm in an important phone call. I dont understand why this keeps on happening. I paid so much money for this phone just to cause a huge inconvenience.

    Long time Google pixel user and I decided to purchase the s22 Plus to change things up. After using the phone for a few days I'm not a fan of the S22+ and returned it and bought a pixel 6 pro

    JUNK. Owned less than a month and the wife's phone has had problems . Best Buy would not help. Samsung website technical support helped us on three occasions. They all blame each other. Samsung blames Verizon saying the sim card is bad. Verizon blames Samsung saying the phone is bad. Best Buy says leave the phone we will send it out. What about a loaner phone? Nope. They do not do that they told me on the phone.
