Work phone every! Laggy!

But this is the worst phone I've ever had. It's all laggy. It's slow as hell. It takes forever to open the camera. I've lost so many moments because it takes almost 2 second to take a picture and when it does its blurry... I wish best buy could help me return this or exchange it...

Shipping delays also took just long enough to where I was unable to return it for a refund so I'm stuck financing a device i cannot activate. Thanks Best Buy.

Great hardware except....

If you try taking pics of anything that is moving at all, like kids or pets, it will come out a blurry mess. Almost any other flagship phone from another company will do better.

Battery to bad..... so unhappy

Battery is not at all good. I think all pieces came are bad batteries one may be that's the reason i guess you sold it for 300 dollars cheaper. I am a regular customer to best buy and i think this is not their fault but may be Samsung sold to them. Please be careful. Now i can't even return and exchange with the other one as my return period ended today itself. So unlucky!!!!!
