Traded in my s21 ultra for this 22 ultra and i actually feel like i downgraded, this phone gets really hot for no reason and the battery life is inferior to my prior s21 ultra

Don't waste your money it's terrible phone i pay for 2 phone 849$ because i trust the costumer service from best by knows both of them not working .

The camera was so laggy so I had to return it. But I'm thinking of giving another chance to this phone. Maybe I was unlucky one with laggy phone.

I just recovered so I can share... I make this purchase on May 14,on my birthday. Infact, I had save this money to buy myself my first ever birthday gift. I got to the Bestbuy at Cuyahoga falls, I should have believed all the signs. First, the sales guy waste my time by selling me a T-mobile deal when I sign up. I did but the computer didn't allow me 3 times. I needed to unfreeze my credit score, which I did then another setback as the sales guy computer still didn't allow my approval process. I was so frustrated bcos it my birthday gift so why should I still be having difficulty in purchasing this phone. After several failed attempts I was able to buy my birthday gift for the first time in my life. Fast forward I was so angry that I didn't so rush out the shop with a fake smiles. It's Monday morning May, 16 I couldn't find the phone. Upons checks it was found cracked in my driveway. Infact, I instantly got diarrhea... Couldn't believe my eyes.. 1yr of saving and Saturday store buying frustration should have been enough sign that everything is not going to be well. I got depressed and discouraged. I just found my feet today to share this review. Am back to not having a phone bcos I didn't buy any insurance and the special case plus screen protector I order are on their way. I believe it wasn't a good birthday gift from Bestbuy. I still own T-mobile since it's a post paid plan.

Speaker is blown and sounds terrible when watching videos or a simple phone call. Haven’t even had it a month.

Theres been quite a few glitches with the phone and not very user friendly compared to iphone.

BAD Experience, I tried to cancel the order made my best efforts, despite multiple requests with customer support no one did nothing at the end I've been made to forcefully pay the amount for product that I didn't even touched just came and shipped to the the store. And customer made to pay FORCEFULLY, not a pleasant experience.

Worse phone ive ever owned. Nothing will load i cant send pictures or videos.

Let me start with the hardware is what you would aspect for a phone at this price point. However, there are the following problem which make me regret my choice of buying this phone. - Upon starting up the phone you must agree to an arbitration and privacy policy. And though you can opt out within 30 day it is a poor sign. -Removal of the SD card. I didn't know this at the time, and I would not have bought the phone if I did. I don't think I will fill 128 GB but have the space to expand is nice safety net for those of us trying to get the last bit of life out of phone. -The charging cable is UBS C to UBS C. Meaning if you old charging cable broke you will have to run to the store for another. My conclusion just buy an Apple phone at the point. There just about the same. Both have no SD slot, Headphone, Ability to change battery, and cost similar. However, at least with apple they are selling privacy.

I went to purchased the phone and I was willing to buy Samsung ultra s 22 in pink gold or black but pink gold was on a wait period but the sales executive said they have an unlock black phone so and just the box is open it does not have any defect to it so was ok with it but with in a months period my started giving me technical problems and I was trying to take help from Best Buy they did not helped me out with the issue and just after 14 days it’s the manufacturer’s problem so I connected with Samsung and Samsung said go the store you purchased from and now being in this technical world we’re everything is connected to smart phone i wasted my 1522 $ is just a play phone for kids as it does not support my SIM card Thank you very much for this great service will never go back it’s better to order online they deliver it as well give us all the support

I order a green color they send a black color with no cable and no original box

The phone doesn't last long the charger damages easily

I come from iPhone and to be honest I’m very very disappointed with this phone, it feels like $200 dollars phone all the time is working slow no matter what I do, I already try hard reset and nothing the phone keeps going laggy, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

the phone is great except for the volume buttons are sticking and the sound will not go up or down, I only had this for 30 days and just found out that I can not return it cause the return window is only 2 weeks. I hope they will make an exception and exchange this phone for me.

terrible performance but amazing camera the phone stutters an dies to quickly

Bought a excellent condition phone that was suppose to be unlocked when i receive it was lock so i had to exchange it for a fair phone that i pay for an excellent one call customer services and i told them waht happen and they just hang up on me after waiting for a long time for them to answer me

I returned it the next day I bought it. Because don't like it at all.

I regret this purchase. Just found out that the microphone doesnt work at all. Camera is better on s21 ultra. I've had the phone about 2.5 weeks and already have to mail it to samsung to get repaired. It's too expensive to have this problem at all. I cant use hey google or bixby.

Not rally that impressive no real changes. Not inique at all
