My previous phone, a Samsung Galaxy s9+ would allow me to talk directly on the phone, even when bluetooth was on. I use a hearing aid and also have it connected to my vehicle. When bluetooth is on I cannot hear a conversation. I can answer the phone but cannot hear. The other party can hear me but I cannot hear them.

I couldn't stand the extremely poor battery life. Lasted me only half a day while taking too long to charge, even with a 30W fast charger. Hardly could I survive a whole day of normal usage with this phone. Its obviously a downgrade from the S21 Ultra

Overheat and photos video crashed

Most of the videos and photos that took before and after the overheating warning were completely crashed and not able to open from this phone nor any other APP and computer. My lost photos and videos worth more than this phone so I returned the phone.

All the things that made me stay with Samsung are gone in this model. No headphone jack, No expandable storage memory slot. Not even a freaking charger included with the 1K+ purchase. Samsung... You ruined yourself... Bye bye!
