    Battery is dying really fast, but not much different from the Samsung Galaxy Note S10+. I was advised to come in and get a new phone because it is still under 30 day warranty.

    Terrible, Best Buy! Preordered 2/14. Today, 3/28, Best Buy cancels my preorder without asking me! And by text, no less! I was willing to wait. I want my preordered phone at the preorder price. I bought a lesser phone to tide me over. Now Best Buy want to stick me with that? Won’t happen. Horrible, Best Buy. You’ve lost my business permanently.

    Wait for an email, no info. This has been the most frustrating order i have ever had. Then they charged me 200.00 just to cancel one phone and replace it with same exact phone wiyh lower gb. Absolutely cannot stand hearing just wait for an email. I preordered on February 12th

    Device is OK it works expected. But Th service from Bestbuy and Verizn is horrible. I got the phone on Promortioal trading offer, but neither Bestbuy aor Verizon is helping in honoring the published tradein values on old phone.

    Where is my phone? Ordered February 13, 2021, was told it would come in by February 25th. Have called and used chat on site still no answer! Site says it sold out if so what did Best Buy do with my phone? Paid full price!

    Had nothing but problems since day 1, phone was defective, went back in store no help, had to call Samsung, after trying to fix it they finally replaced it after a month and a half.

    The worst. Bought it back in September and it has been a headache since. My ssg9 was eay better. Had to disable all the featuring improving features to make it better.

    Seems like I'm not the only person who hasn't received the phone yet. Got the phone because of promotion from Best Buy. Once you get the phone they're probably going to drop the price by a hundred bucks

    Have only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far it's a good upgrade from my S20 FE! Better signal service and battery seems much better! Still figuring out how useful the S pen will be, but at a minimum it's a great camera clicker for group selfies!!

    I love everything about it: size, pen, extra charge time, and an excellent camera. I'm glad I accidentally destroyed my S20 Ultra. . I thought that was pretty cool. This phone is a step up from that!

    I was forced into buying a new phone after my old phone would no longer charge or turn on. Purchased the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra last week. I wanted a phone with an excellent camera. This phone exceeded my expectations. The magnification of the lens is impressive. Even at very high zoom the camera has the ability to stabilize the image. Plus there is an inset screen hitch helps you locate the item you are attempting to photograph. I had a local phone technician install a hydro type screen protector and have ordered a hard case to protect it. I’ve zoomed in to 70x and taken very nice pictures of deer at great distance with excellent results.
