This is heavy cellphone. best buy chares you back $45 if you return which is unnecessary. I believe they profit when they sell and it would have been a good gesture not to penalize when returned.

I am a big fan of Samsung since 2012, last year I upgrade my old Samsung device to the new S21 ultra it was a complete package, and a few days back I bought the S22 ultra it seems the new S22 ultra has new features BUT ,,,,, Samsung customers are paying 1000$ to 1450$ for the S22 ultra where we got a very very bad Sound quality S22 ultra it's terrible suggestion: Samsung quality check team is sleeping or might be they are they are following MAKE IT OR FAKE IT

The phone malfunctioned after and every six months

Firstly, I love Samsung tablets, the best tablets on the market, so I assumed the cell phones would be the same quality. I haven't had a Samsung cell phone for over 7+ years and needed a new one, so I decided to splurge, and it was a huge disappointment. I had to return 2 phones. The first S22 ultra wouldn't activate to esim. The 2nd one activated with no issues, but the battery life is horrible, I fully charged the phone and it was draining like crazy as I was just setting up my phone it went from 100% to 80% in less than 1 hour. So I thought maybe it was because I was downloading all my apps, and logging into them etc.... Nope, I was doing regular cell phone use, and the battery just kept draining. This phone costs too much money to have such a horrible battery. I don't know the specifics between the Galaxy Tab S7 FE (2021) Tablet which I own, and their phones, but my tablet can last 2-3 days on one charge with heavy use. Won't ever purchase another Samsung phone.

Phone keeps freezing and will not turn on and i have to take out the pen for it to turn on.

Same type of phone. Nothing fancy or new. Disappointed with the battery life.

This phone is sucks compare to its predecessor, I think Iphone is a better choice

this phone is fast them my old S20FE but the only downside is it does not have a memory card slot, the camera is good. the battery is OK. overall is a fine phone for me I got it when is on sale and like it because flagship phone for less

Excellent performance and great camera. Good build quality.

The design is sleekier, new snapdragon chip is faster, camera is clearer (not to mention nightography). I will update this review after i receive my purchase on Apr 1.
