We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy A51 and The Galaxy S23 are vastly different is terms of devices. Here's a few features that are different, the Galaxy S23 offers Wireless PowerShare, has larger internal storage options, a larger RAM, it functions on the 5G wireless network versus the 4G wireless network, it offers a higher resolution camera (Dual Aperture), and has an Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, just to name a few differences between the two devices.
