A perfect choice for most cell-phone users

I upgraded from a Galaxy S9 which I have used for 4.5 years. The new features and the E-Sim capability were the key selling points. The new User Interface offers a multitude of options which enable an ultimately personalized menu and it was so easy to setup. My wife and I bought unlocked units and set up the phones from scratch.

The big thing I do not like is that when you answer calls, You have to swipe to answer. You can change settings by just tapping the answer button. But when you do this it leaves a floating assistant menu button on the home screen you can not get rid of. Very annoying. Why Samsung did this I don't know.

Been using an iPhone for years, and decided to finally go for an Android powered device. So glad I did. You can do so much more with this than I could do with my iPhone, and surprising to me...it is easier to use. But the best feature of all...NO NOTCH.
