Buyer beware!! Best Buy apparently does not honor trade in offers. After having to contact them after making the purchase to determine how to submit my trade ( a Samsung s20 in great condition) I shipped the phone at the local UPS as directed. Upon receiving my phone Best Buy cancelled my trade because it was delivered late by three days. This even though I had to contact them to determine how to submit the trade and obtain a shipping label. Best Buy stole my trade trade in phone.

Great product and overall customer service assistance

Purchased as an open box and was concerned. So far everything looks great so far. I have read about some horror stories with open box but i was a bit suprised.

Overall a great phone, I think. However, it gives all notifications the same sound. In other words, you cannot distinguish an email from a text or calendar notification by sound. I spent hours with Geek Squad who told me to contact Samsung. After a Samsung expert had remote control of my phone for over an hour it is still the same. Very annoying and reduces the usefulness of the phone considerably (must stop what you're doing every little while to see if you got an important text or just more junk mail). Terrible.

I think it feels kinda dinky and i didnt like the camera cut outs. Its an ok phone. Battery life wasnt great.

This is my second Samsung phone. I must admit that this is the worst experience I've ever had with any phone, going all the way back to flip phones from 15 years ago. Within a few days of getting this phone it started acting very badly. I would get LOTS of text messages from family and friends, that said "No subject", then the size of the message, then an expiration date. I'd get 5 or more of these text in rapid succession. I talked to my family and friends, asking if they were sending me weird SMS messages like that. They weren't. I contacted Samsung tech support about this. They had me reset the phone. What the heck? After owning it for only 3 weeks, I've got to reset my phone??? But this isn't all. For some unexplained reason, the volume on the phone will mysteriously go to just a faint whisper as I'm listening to a podcast or talking to someone. I'll check the volume and sound controls/settings. They're fine, but I can no longer hear anything. I've had to reboot the phone to make it work again. That should NOT be necessary. Bottom line, this phone has profoundly serious issues which cause me to say do NOT spend your money on it.

I recieved the wrong product. I purcharsed the 23 plus and recieved the 23fe without any notice. I had puchased cases and that was the only way i knew before looking at the about phone.

The phone isn't worth the value. Calls drop ,echoes while trying to conversate,have too hang up and call back serval times for the reciever to hear you.etc

I dislike that this phone is exactly like the 21. I was expecting some improvements

Had mines stolen by the delivery driver BestBuy hired. My son ended up not getting his Christmas gift. Still waiting on Bestbuy to resolve this matter. That is the reasoning for a 1 star rating.
