    This phone is a poor excuse of a Galaxy! It's made cheap and it is apparent! The screen reader only works half of the time, and the apps continuously shut down with no rhyme or reason! I wish I could take it back! I definitely will not purchase another "FE*! I'M DEFINITELY NOT A FAN OF THEM!

There are some options that you try at home. The first thing we want to do in this situation is make sure that your device's software is up to date. To check if your device is up to date, first navigate to and tap Settings> Software update> tap on Download and install> follow the on-screen directions.     I placed the order on 17th Nov. The product was returned by the delivery agent, as it was damaged, even without our notice. After checking with Best Buy support multiple times, we did not receive any update on the returned product or the refund amount. Very bad experience it is.

    I bought 2 phones. One good one bad. Used in USA traveling to EU. Phone overheating. Returning 2 days after return time limits. Bought max BestBuy warranty so seeking fixes.

    product lost and never got delivered

    This phone has never got delivered to my address though it says delivered when i checked online.Reached out to the customer care and explained the situation and they mentioned they will initiate a refund. After more then a month they came back and saying that they cannot initiate a refund and they wanted me to lodge a complained to local law enforcement which was so frustrating. It was not my fault, package was never delivered or seen any package at my door step, neither the delivery guy have notified or came to my door step. please be cautious when doing any online delivery with best buy. You might loose your item and get nothing other then headache

    It’s wrong that not even a month with phone I can’t return it. I find that wrong , the phone was t the quality I expected and can’t get my money back , haven’t been a month! Bunch of thieves, I have to now keep a 600 dollar phone I have no use for .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I thought this would be a good phone Its not bad however battery life goes to quick Phone hangs up non stop I like the camera Took to best buys because i have these problems and app problems as well Always had Samsung phones This will be the last one because of these problems To me save your money and stay away from this phone in a year nothing but problems

    Best buy has frustrated my effort for over a month. The services received was barbaric, outdated and dejected. I have second thought if bestbuy is what they say they really are. For over a month its been excuses and excuses at getting an electronic gift card for my lost/theft insurance. It is crystal clear that best buy wanted to frustrate me. I give up on best buy. Infact, after this, i wont deal with best buy and wont encourage anyone i know to have any dealings whatsover with best buy.

    I do not like this phone. Its constantly needing to restart to work right. Came with no directions. Its hard to restart and keeps messing up. Ugh

    Don't take credit card from bestbuy

    I am having terrific buying experience as I chose to pay through credit card which is offered by best buy. I got my mobile and phone is working well for now. There is an issue with credit card delivery, i am yet to receive card. My due date for first payment is few days ahead. To register card for monthly payments required full card number which i don't have. I made several calls, their automated support system sucks.

    I purchased these on 12/18, they were supposed to be shipped 12/19 and arrive before Christmas. They still haven't arrived and Best Buy won't let me cancel the order. I bought two more expensive phones at the store as presents. They still have my money and I keep on hearing the same lies, someone from our back end department will get back to you in three days. That was 10 days ago. Terrible experience.

    i traded this one in for the samsung s23-liked the size better. im still waiting for my trade in money and now it doesnt even show on my acct on line that i traded it in. filed a complaint with citi bank who holds the best buy card. cant get any answers from the store!!!!!!!!!

With Corning Gorilla Glass 5 shielding the front and back, Galaxy S23 FE is built to last. An IP68 rating means your device is water and dust-resistant for extra durability. Certain factors may affect how well the touchscreen on your device performs. If a third party screen protector or accessory is attached, the touchscreen may not work properly. In particular, it may not work well if there is dust or air under the protector if two or more protective films are attached to the screen, or if the protective film is peeling near the edge of the screen. Remove the screen protector or film if it is peeling or has debris underneath it. If you are keeping the screen protector or film, you can enable the touch sensitivity option to help with taps and touches. Open Settings, then tap Display and then tap the switch next to Touch Sensitivity. Check out the article, "Touchscreen issues on a Galaxy phone or tablet" for options to help troubleshoot this.     constantly having problems with the phone. Mobile data will work with 5 bars, but calls and texts won't work. Restarting the phone will fix the issue temporarily, but I won't know I'm not getting calls and texts.

    I purchased this phone on Black Friday and when I got phone it was an opened box phone that was returned when it was advertised as new. I could have purchased an open box phone for a cheaper price at Best Buy.so I will be returning it .

    I ordered this phone a week ago and still haven’t gotten it. I changed to pick it up in store and after another week they said it wasn’t available. If I don’t get my money back or this phone I don’t know what to do.
