Having problems with the S-pen. They want me to do a full test to "try" and fix it. No thanks, too much work.

The phone itself is great, but the WORST screen I've ever had on a smart phone. This is my 4th Samsung, and I finally bought the high end phone. It's in an OtterBox case with a screen protector, and after just a few months my screen is already shattered. So disappointing, and so EXPENSIVE!! The phone itself was expensive, and now to get the screen replaced with the original Samsung parts is at least $400. The curved edge on this screen is useless and more likely to break. Terrible design quality. I've been a Samsung and Android loyalist for years, and this is so disappointing.

Very confusing about who works in this area. Nobody is around and the person that you finally see doesn’t work in the area but will send someone over. We were told by a Best Buy associate our phone was worth $400 for an upgrade. After the sale the women said here’s the instructions on how to get the $400. I do as the instructions say and it tells me my trade in value is $100. Best Buy didn’t stand by their word.

Phone is fine, but bestbuy and verizon trade in deal is a scam. Ive went back and forth with both conpanies and no one can tell me what to do with the trade in. They juat blame either now im stuck not grtting the credit. Absolutely ridiculous.

I upgraded from an S20 Note Ultra to the S23 Ultra and am very happy. The camera is amazing, and the phone has a good battery life and a great screen. Best Buy's TotalTech transfer of data was seamless and the new phone screens, apps, etc were just like my old phone. Highly recommend this phone and it has a stylus.

I love this phone so much that when my first one's screen cracked, i got the same phone again alright Icould have up graded to a flip 5!! It does everything you need a phone to do... from great battery, store pictures, and nice size screen!!

I have been really enjoying my s23 ultra for all the same reasons I enjoyed my S10, except everything has a slight upgrade. I miss the headphone jack, but don't miss the bixby button! Nothing too crazy in terms of how the phone improvements feel besides the battery life (which is great). Definitely a good by when it's on sale. I wish they would get rid of all the dumb samsung and verizon apps on the phone and be more mainstream like pixel, but samsung likes shoving some OS stuff down your throat.

This phone does everything you can imagine, its fast, reliable, and the camera is out of this world.

Really appreciate how clear the pictures are and how easy it is to use.

Upgrading from my galaxy s9, the new Galaxy S23 Ultra is quite a lot to get used too! The selling point for me is the camera; my picures are almost as good as my DSLR! I am quite fond of the stylus as well. Have to subtract a star because of all the annoying apps and bloatware Samsung forces you to have or manually uninstall.

Switched from iphone after 5 years. Phone is great, but the camera has some downsides, such as Samsung forcing filters onto every picture creating a weird texture blend that makes every photo look ai generated. Kind of disappointing considering how much they advertise the cameras. The zoom is great, but the post processing always ruins the final product. Moon photos definitely aren't real.

It was a gift for my sister and she loves it. Samsung came with a great technology, camera takes great pictures.

Its a nice phone, faster than my old S21. Reason for 3 stars, wifi issues. My old s21 was vastly better when it comes to wifi. The wifi on this phone was what I was most looking forward to. Several times a day I have to turn the phones wifi off and back to get an actual connection. Often it will say connected without internet. The S23 Ultra and plus has "fastconnect 7800" which is technically a Wifi7 chip. So, I do have hopes that Samsung fixes the wifi issues with an update soon. Maybe even unlocking Wifi7 on the s23 plus and s23 ultra eventually.

I love my Samsung S23 Ultra. It is slim, yet big screen. And beautiful picture.
