I really like this phone. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has been very useful for me in my daily life. However, I am disappointed that I may have to buy a new phone this year only having the 23 for 1 yr. I cracked the side bezel, and now the screen shows up green at low brightness. I had hoped to keep this expensive phone for about three years.

I just bought a mo th avo abd the ansroid is not updated to my S23 Ultra. The Whatsapp cannot send notification due to a not updated Android, even they show android 14 on the phone. The Samsung technician told me it was not updated on the phone.

I bought this phone as a gift for my brother. I didnt open it as i have 100% trust on best buy. When my brother opened it we found s pen was missing. Since return period was over they clearly denied to support me on this. No doubt phone is good. But dont trust best buy. Make sure you got what you have paid for. i didnt get what i have paid for, I have learned my lesson from best buy.
