If you're used to using micro SD cards be aware this no longer takes them. Also, this phone does not ship with the outlet adapter. Other than that it seems to be continuing to improve,

Great phone but fragile

Didn't even drop it, just nicked it with a glass bottle as I was setting the bottle down. Resulted in a crack that blacked out a quarter of my screen. Otherwise a great phone, awesome camera and features. I especially enjoy the dolby atmos audio setting for watching movies.

It was due to dropping multiple times without a case. I was a note fan beforehand and this phone is comparable. I dont care for the curved edges. Probably my only complaint.

She was absolutely great at assisting me with my purchase

At first I was a bit in intimidated going back to Android since being on iOS, but samsung smart switch and the overall UI experience has been a great experience and has reinvigorated my love for smartphones
