I have been a fan of the Note series and qhen they stopped making them I was bummed out, until they came out with the Ultra version and that theybwas brining the S-pen back.......SUPER HAPPY WITH THAT

It is really kind of confusing how to see everything. You need to see on your credit card and how it kicks you out back into the best buy website when you're at citibank.

No eSim compatible

Verizon store representative mentioned that bestbuy unlocked Galaxy s23 ultra is not compatible. I wouldn't suggest this if you plan to use esim on new device. Bestbuy won't accept this and have to pay 45 restocking fee. They won't help to activate esim also.

Works half the time

I'd leave the house, my phone was connected to wifi, It switched to mobile data but my phone wouldn't connect. I'd literally have to go back to the house & connect to my data. So i decided to upgrade to the s23 ulta (a year ago)(i didn't have the s22 ulta not even year). My texts won't go thru, don't have service most of the time. Id upgrade to s24 ultra but scared ill have the same issue & waste money.

I can't hear you." ... *garbled response ... "You're cutting out" And it's not just the Galaxy S23 Ultra, my partner's Galaxy S23 is the same - making or receiving phone calls is horrible. I've lost important calls over this. Resorted to using my Google Voice app to make calls. For cripes' sake - lose the curved screen on the Ultra. People who use this phone for art, don't like their stylus sliding off the edge. Speedy charging, great battery life. Totally not worth it if the phone doesn't work.

You can't get a protector to actually do it's job because of the stupid curved edges. If I knew about it I wouldn't have purchased this phone. Now I am stuck with a phone that is bearly useable for 2 years. The camera is awesome though, this is only reason I didn't give it a one star.
